I just had the worst fast food experience of my life at this restaurant. We stopped here at 10:30 pm on Sat, 7/9. First, the line was very long. When someone finally attended us —supposedly the manager (a middle aged woman with thinning hair) we were told you guys were out of all salads, your frosty machine was broken, and your credit card machine wasn’t working.The same woman then gave me a fried spicy chicken sandwich when I asked for grilled, charged me for a large combo when I just wanted a medium drink, forced me to pay for fries I didn’t order (she wouldn’t take them back and said to give them away??), and gave me a Coke Zero with no carbonation. We spent a total of $24 for the worst food and experience I’ve had at a fast food place.The same woman said it was just her and another coworker working that night, and at one point she told her coworker she was quitting. I hope she does because she shouldn’t not be making customers’ lives hard just because she hates her job.

Ordered a Dave's single combo meal and paid $10.72...Dave must be on a diet cause this isn't the daves single burger patty. And it tasted like charcoal.

Bought two 4 for $5 and two 4 for $4 combos. One was missing fries, one was missing nuggets, one had regular nuggets instead of spicy, the fries were hard and cold. Tried to call back so I could let them know and after 10 times of calling and ringing with no answer I finally gave up. When I was there I was literally the only one in the drive thru and lobby was closed (11am). They weren't busy so not sure why they couldn't get the order right or answer the phone.

Ordered through the app, apparently it doesn't keep track of what's in stock. I ordered a baked potato and all they had were fries so when I went there to pick it up that's what they tried to give instead. I asked for a refund since I paid in the app and conveniently for them they said the computers were down. When I made a comment about not liking fries the reply I got was "that's your opinion". I'm pretty sure that person was a manager too. Very unprofessional!

This is supposed to be the "good" Wendy's and normally is. However today, my experience was less the par. The cashier Valerie was rude after she had made a mistake, as if I was the one who handed out half my order. I spent 23 dollars for lunch for 2 and left with 3 of the 6 items I ordered and when I turned around to go into the lobby it was closed. So, had to go back thru drive thru and sit in the line again. Fine. I called while I was waiting in line and when speaking with the manager I got "oh" and "okay" no apologies, no "oh our bad". Just "oh, we didn't give you all your order I guess we'll fix it, if we must" type vibe. Was very disappointed in my experience here. I get mistakes happen, but catching attitude when asking the person who made said mistake was just uncalled for. It's a hard world no need to make it worse. If you don't like your job leave.

I went through the drive through on Tuesday June 7th at about 6:30pm. First of all the wait was incredibly long. Then you get up to the ordering voice box and I had to wait for someone for about 15 minutes. As I was ordering the person sounded totally annoyed with me. I asked for extra onions and was told "we're out of onions " she wasn't going to tell me until I asked for extra. I had ordered 2 strawberry frostys just to be told at the window they were out of strawberry. The girl at the window was incredibly rude and busy talking to the crew and cursing at them. She kept saying I don't know what's going on. She then said they were out of drink holders, I asked if the frostys could be put in bags and she said I guess if you want. I waited another 15 minutes at the window for my food. Why it took so long I'm not sure because it looked like there were about 6-7 people milling around. The whole ordeal was awful!!To end on a high not the burgers were delicious. My 89 y/o mom said it the best burger she's had in long time. So kudos to your grill people. The other people on the line don't even deserve a one.

This is the slowest Wendys I have ever been to. They lock out customers from the lobby, but it doesn't even help the drive through move faster considering my friend and I sat in the drive through for half an hour! It seems to me that these workers have no clue what they're doing; or they just don't care and are too lazy and inconsiderate to do their jobs and respect the fact that other people's time is valuable.I won't be returning to this Wendy's; and I know that won't really make a difference, but I hope enough people see this review and make their own in order to get the current staff fired, and replaced with people who care.

I work in the food industry so I am very patient because I know how overwhelming a Friday night can get. With that being said waited 25 minutes just to get my order taken couldn’t leave because I was blocked in. Lady was polite at first. I was handed my order keep in mind I ordered two large combos and a 4 for 4. The order was piled to the top of the bag and ripped right when it got into my car. I went to ask for another bag and she shut the window before I could ask for another bag. So I waited….waited and waited she saw me but ignored me. It wasn’t until 5 minutes later another employee came the window I asked for a bag and they forgot my sauce he replied “ oh it’s because we don’t have sauce only sweet and sour” I said that was fine. While he was getting my sauce I witnessed another employee picking fries with bare hands from the customer behind me box of fries and then proceeded to place the fries in the bag. Seriously???? Disgusting! I threw away my food totally lost my appetite.

I don't think the managers or the owner really cares for this establishment. The employees seems to be lazy. Especially asking for a burger at 11pm when they close at 12pm on a Saturday night. By looking at the other reviews, I agree with everyone. If you want a better Wendy's. Go to 88th and Wadsworth. They have better customer service and the food is pretty decent. Don't come here.

Yuck! Ate here a year ago… wasn’t good. Tried it again tonight to give it a second chance… worse that that last last time. Specifically- the fries were cold, and my Daves Double Burger was disgusting- I actually got physically I’ll from eating it. If your the store manager or franchise owner you need vast improvements to your operation. I suggest you try eating what your serving and take steps towards improvements. Unfortunately I will not eat here again.
