Personally I love Wendy's, this place is clean when I have been there, and friendly staff make the experience complete

It would be nice when you ask for ketchup you get ketchup up in your bag when they park you but no they forget it's ridiculous
My order was incorrect. It's easy to make an order without cheese; it should be even easier to give me THE CORRECT BURGER WITHOUT CHEESE. A Big Bacon Classic does not have crispy onion straws on it. It does not have Bourbon Sauce on it. It's a bacon burger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle as well as mayo, ketchup and mustard. I don't work there and I know all of this because I order it EVERY TIME I GO TO WENDY'S. The cashier even repeated what I ordered, to my face, and it was still wrong. This was disgraceful. I will never eat here again.
The only good thing about this location are the employees. As far as how they treat you, etc. But coming between 5 and 6 you would think you wouldnt get food that's sat around past the hold times! Your corporation needs to quit punishing your managers on food cost so that the fricken customer doesn't get old s*** that's been laying around because your employees are pressured not to throw it away! Food prices are HORRIBLE everywhere lately and the nuggets were so bad and small and shriveled that i know they had to have been 2 hours old! Its really sucks to receive this as your dinner when your on your way to a 10 hour night shift!
I would give this location 0 stars if possible. I ordered a bourbon bacon burger and when I took a bite, it was completely red and raw. The service was poor as well, as the lady snapped at us for not getting our 3rd drink and 2nd fry. It’s unbelievable how after being rude to the customers, they give us raw burgers. Here are some pictures for everyone to see that I’m not lying about having raw food. My kids could get sick if they took another bite! They give no receipts so I am not able to get a refund, but I want a refund ASAP!!
I walk in to use thae bathroom and order some food. I had 3 people look me dead in my eyes and not even acknowledge my presents after waiting for 2 minutes and its not even busy.
The fat girl with pimples all over her face that thinks she's a manager is terrible. She lets the young mexican girl at the drive thru cuss customers out an tell you if you don't like it go to another Wendy's. I'm a GM for red lobster so I would love to speak to a GM or a DM about how this place is ran.
With my experiences lately Wendy's is surpassing McDonald's in both quality and pricing. I recently visited and a had hot and fresh meal. Compared to McDonald's where I got an old Double cheese burger and cold soggy fries. From here on I will start taking photos to post with my reviews.
Restaurant was full of smoke. Tables were dirty with trash. Fountain machine was out of most flavors. Came back from the restroom they threw my food away.
The fries have been amazingly fresh no matter what time I visit but the food not so much. A few times it's been cold but the fries are amazing here!
