Awesome place, atmosphere. Decor is a must see with items you'll love. Servers attentive and personable. Food is tasty and served very appealing to the eyes and tastebuds. I had plenty to take home to enjoy for later. Could share a meal too. Great location!
My last visit was on Father's day, I was part of a group of twenty two that met at the restaurant to celebrate Father's day. We were all seated in well lit and comfortable area. A young lady came and took our drinks order while we studied the menu. As our drinks arrived, another young lady took our food order, everyone wanted separate checks, I realize that was hard on our waitress. Our drinks arrived first and I was impressed by the way that the waitress remembered who ordered what. Then our food showed up, again our waitress served us accurately. The food was delicious and well prepared. When it came time to pay, our waitress became overwhelmed by the amount of transactions that were ahead of her, I felt bad for her and I encouraged her and reminded her that she would rarely have to go through this many transactions in one day. She quickly regained her composure and finished up. This restaurant obviously has a very good training program and they hire very capable staff. The way they handled our crowd is a great testimony to their abilities and professionalism. I recommend this restaurant for your next special event as well as for a nice meal.
Went here for lunch, it was good as always. We had the Breast of Chicken Fettuccine, Spaghetti and side of two meatballs and Chicken Parmigiana and Ceasar salad. Everything was very good. The inside of this place is very pretty.
Great experience here. First time to this location. (Dined at the downtown Denver restaurant a few years ago)Plenty of pasta options with a repertoire of sauces and sides. The staff was very helpful and checked on us often but not too often.I liked the seniors' menu as well. Smaller portions for a great price. Interior decor was very cool and not over done or distracting. We'll be back soon.
Love this place - been in Denver, Portland and Salt Lake City. Very reasonably priced 3 course dinner - fresh food and good pasta. The dishes are simple and fresh. Restaurant Atmosphere is casual, decor stylish and fun.
My entire party of 6 was pleased with their entree choice. The wait staff were attentive and all in good spirits. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and had a 20 minute wait.Probably one of the best options for food outside of downtown / hipster neighborhoods.
Great food and service. Enjoyed our meal.
Friendly staff and tasty food make the old spaghetti factory a must visit. I had never been before but my wife went a lot to one in California as a child. This one brought back the same good memories for her and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If we lived local this would be our new place for spaghetti!
We had dinner there today and I was unimpressed. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs, he liked the spaghetti but the meatballs were just okay. I ordered chicken marsala and was very disappointed, I did not send it back because we were under a time crunch. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection but the chicken was thick and not thin medallions like it should be. The sauce which you can see from the picture is a beef sauce with Marsala wine and mushrooms. Marsala sauce should be a light brown. They were out of chocolate cake, so settled for ice cream. The bright side of our experience was our wait person Naweed. He was excellent.
Many members of my family LOVE Spaghetti Factory! I 'like' it.It is a unique experience because it is the only one in Colorado. The train in the restaurant is a cool feature. And the overall atmosphere is awesome!....that said....my last few visits have been a bit unsatisfactory due to customer service and food quality. In December, I tried to reserve a 20 seater for my then almost 78 year old mother's birthday. The manager was extremely unhelpful and rude! She informed me no large parties being taken until after Christmas. She did not even try to offer any type of possible solution. On a more recent visit, we were informed due to 'Covid' shortages, they were out of their iconic Spaghetti Factory glasses. However, somehow they still had multiple different style cocktail glasses available. The food that visit was 'okay'.We had to request additional bread and drink refills versus being offered automatically. The restaurant was not busy on that visit, so I expected better.Employees were a bit 'grumpy'.As a whole, atmosphere is great, employees are needing to smile a bit more.Manager I spoke with in December, she needs to practice better customer service skills.Food quality is a depends on the day kinda thing.Food choices are expansive and reasonably priced.
