I have gone here a few times and have not been disappointed yet. Somehow Erica does a magical job of making straight-forward, homemade baked goods that always seem to have the right balance of flavor, are sweet enough without being cloying, and always have lovely textures.It probably sounds weird but you can actually taste how much thought she puts into her sweets and it makes them feel as homey as your grandma's baking and as tasty as a bakery charging twice as much.I find it to be one of the best bakeries in the greater Denver area. And I have tried many.
This bakery made cupcakes and a smash cake for my daughters first birthday. Erica took the photos I sent of cupcakes that I liked and made them more beautifully and tasty then I could have ever dreamed!! They were such a hit, everyone at the party asked me where we go them. She and her team are incredibly friendly and kind as well - I can’t review this business highly enough! Will definitely be going back for all of my bakery needs.
The baked goods are excellent. And you can get small cakes without frosting. They will do special orders as well.
Loves this cute small local cafe. I had the Chai tea and the Raspberry bar. Yum! Offering crepes, breakfast burritos and lots of pastries. Thanks for the great customer service.

I ordered a cake from this place for my friends 21st birthday and was extremely disappointed. First of all its not even pink like i asked. I could have made a cake like this but since it was a special day I chose to go to “professionals” they at least gave me 10 percent off at least but i definitely do not recommend at all for special events.
Let me start by saying the people here are amazing led by an intuitive owner who runs her business by the golden rule and beyond .I ate a smothered breakfast burrito that was put together to the tee every detail fried over easy eggs, thick juicy chunks of sausage and the potatoes were soft but crispy and to boot very generous portion smothered in a thick green chile sauce .Erica's breakfast burrito is a sleeper on the menu surrounded by so many amazing sweets.
They're always so friendly. I'm on a mission to try everything on the menu. Everything I've tried so far is great.
These guys brought my kid’s chicken cake dreams to reality. I had very little time, called several bakeries and Erica at Sweets of Inspiration was the only one willing to pull this together for us with very little time. I gave her some colors and asked for something “chicken” and the rest was her creative magic. It was perfect and everyone loved it. It was hard to cut into such a cute cake but once we did, the red velvet with cream cheese icing was so good. Light, flavorful, perfect - I don’t even like cake and I snuck some seconds! My favorite thing about this bakery was their customer service. So easy and and kind to work with! Thank you! We will be back for future events for sure.
Oh my gosh I just got a bacon breakfast burrito and it is delicious. Hitting the spot so good right now. Very happy camper right now!!!
