Location was not busy and sandwiches we made quick. I was saddened that the worker was not able to tell me what the BMT from the Italian BMT stood for....

The vibe you get from the employees isn't all that great. Sandwich was good.
Sandwiches were okay not a lot of meat on them. Employees were more interested in helping their friend that came in then helping the actual customers already in line. They were nice when it came to actually speaking to them. Not overly impressed.
This location is always out of something. Also a guy who helped me today has a bracelet that has things hanging from it that touched my sandwich over and over. I said something and her said “Yeah people have a problem with it but I Clean it. That’s all I can say.” So not ok and disgusting. I won’t be back to this location.
I've had some good experiences here but not in awhile. Your always out of things and your employees don't like to wear masks or even gloves sometimes
The skinny kid with curley hair likes to wear leather bracelets, that touch all the food and sandwiches while being made. He claims to clean the dangling parts when I personally witnessed him make SEVERAL customers sandwiches with bracelets touching the customers food and not cleaning them. He might have not worn gloves at that point because those bracelets were touching everything cross contaminating very unclean. You can personally see his bracelets touching the food. Health department was notified with this photo aswell because that's beyond unsanitary
The sandwich was put together so sloppy and when I said something the District manger said that's the subway way
Usually have a good experience here. I came today for lunch and I've had food poisoning since. I ordered but could not finish a spicy Italian on wheat with provolone cheese spinach cucumbers black olives Italian vinegarette and siracha. Just FYII have called the location w no answer and reported it online on the website.
A multi grain bread Veggie delight is still my favorite! Low cal, crisp and delicious. Mmmmm...
The guy who made my wife’s sandwich was rude right off the bat and the rest of the time we had to raise our voices to be heard because the music was too loud. Last time I eat here for sure!
