I've been here twice. I placed an order through the Subway app. The first order was perfect, which was a Wednesday early lunch oder. The second order placed through the App on a Friday at 3:45 p.m.I picked up my sandwich. I ordered the meatball sub. It's a warm sandwich so I guess putting it in paper wrap then a plastic bag caused the sandwich to be wet and soggy. Don't order that sandwich if you're not going to I eat it at the store. Also, no napkins either.
I visit probably once a month or more. The staff is always nice and very greetable. They don't ever huff or puff. I've come in ten minutes before close And they still seemed nice. I know, I'm sorry for doing that ,:/

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Went in today and the young man working the front Was kind and pleasant. The guy training him however was an a**. He was rude and condescending. He did everything he could to make this young man feel like a failure. I will never go back to this subway simply based on the way they train. The young man serving me was welcoming his trainer was rude to him and me. I do not deserve that treatment and neither does a new employee. It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to be treated with that level of disrespect!!!
Idk if anyone else cares but a female staff member about to make my sandwich was NOT wearing a mask so I left. ??♀️
According to the app, the flat bread does not have a toast option because it's automatically suppose to be toasted. However, no store ever does this so I add a request for it to be melted in the special instructions, which they obviously never read because I can never get this sandwich toasted unless I order it in the store. Please train your employees on this.

This place conducts fraudulent advertising. They have ads on the window for two dollar double protein but when you get in there and ask for it they then try to raise the price by 50% on it. When I asked the employee he said their manager told them the charge more. I left without taking my food is I will not support a business that does Not honor advertised prices. This location should lose their franchise.
