The drive through was forever long so I went inside with the hope of being served faster.I was incorrect about this as they moved the cars through the drive through and made those of us who went inside wait. I mean wait- almost 15 minutes for a brewed coffee and a skinny latte. I also had ordered a breakfast sandwich which was served up almost immediately which was semi-cold once my beverages came up. Besides those mishaps, the vanilla bean scones were carelessly placed in the bag and the icing stuck to it.This was an expensive and sad visit.

Lobby never open... avoid coming period... Also note there has been zero acknowledgement to painful experiences. Somebody does not care.

Nothing makes my chai sweeter than have Erica give it too me. She's hard working and her customer service skills are above and beyond. Falling in love with most the women on the staff. Amazing energy keep it up!

I went through the drive through and had a lot of questions as I was wanting to branch out and try something new. Gabby was extremely helpful and patient, i really appreciated her taking the time on a Friday morning. When I got to the window a man named John was there and he was beyond sweet. He took the time to go over the differences in some of the cold brews and drinks. Starbucks is so busy, I feel it’s hard to find this kind of service. I can’t say enough what a difference there attitude made on my day. Thanks guys!

This location lacks the Starbucks Experience customers pay for. Ordered a sandwich and coffee. Coffee was poured immediately, however I had no clue when the sandwich was ready. I was relaxing on the stool and only noticed it was ready when I saw a bag on the counter and no one else grabbed it. I don’t know how long it was there. No one asked my name. No one mentioned it was ready. No one made eye contact or directed to me it was ready. Now it’s cold and I have lost my appetite. I don’t feel like anything but a paying customer when I’m there. Dull atmosphere, Dull service, Good Coffee.

I went through the drive through and it took like 15 minutes and there was one car ahead of me. I received my drink and drove away I tasted it and it tasted watered down and chemically. I went inside and got my drink remade and though it tasted a little better it was still gross. As I was waiting on my drink I witnessed them mess up several order in front of me. And they are extremely slow. I don’t recommend coming here.

Consistently one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I used to visit here often but the last few times I was in I had horrible drinks.

Come here all the time, as soon as it got cold they closed the drive thru - with absolutely no reasoning behind it.Fully staffed each time too. Frustrating & annoying seeing as this wasn’t an issue until it got below freezing.Management please fix this bc your tiny parking lot is making you lose out on $$ (as not everybody that wants to go to drive thru can park) and your reputation is going down the drain
