There’s a coffee master here who worked at 8:09 am July 28th- wearing a mask. She has to be one of the most rude individuals I have ever spoken with. Change up your tone.

I used to really love this Starbucks but the last few times I've gone my drink is just not the same I'm hoping they can train the new baristas a little more

Had a online order over $40.00 worth. All drinks containing milk was spoiled and had milk curds in it. I called the store and explained what happened and the lady on the phone was super nice and said they are able to redo the drinks.. I come into the store and explain again that i’m the one who called and Marisa was very rude in regards to remaking them letting me know they never get this many drinks wrong and they will only do this one time? If I am spending $40 worth of your inventory it SHOULD NOT be spoiled.
Swade was awesome in helping with my choice of drink. Very courteous!!!
