Lots of friendly and easygoing employees! Nothing to complain about. Just people trying to do their best. People that complain need to stop being entitled and politely ask for something to be fixed. Simple as that!

They got my drink wrong twice, but they were so nice and gave me the first mistake, I didn't even want to tell them they screwed up again. Great place to go just maybe not if you have a bunch of customization on your drink
The guy who took my order (and the guy at the window, if he wasn't the same) was so sweet. I stumbled to get my order out and he was very patient and kind. Highly recommend coffee from that young man. I'm sorry I didn't get his name.
the stupid rude drive through girl with black hair was not friendly whatsoever. she never gave us back our debit card and when we came back to get it she had it in her pocket. not professional or okay at all. she should’ve given it to her manager and instead tried to steal our money. this starbucks sucks.
I was the 3 minutes before closing for an Uber Eats order and they closed and locked the window and ignored me. I just wanted to know if they had the order I didn’t even care if they did or not, it’s the fact that they looked me and just straight up ignored me like I wasn’t a person.
honestly, i think starbucks is the best coffee shop in the world. I have been a fan of starbucks for several years now. the white chocolate mocha and the bacon gudda sandwich are some of my favorites. but let me tell you that what i like most about starbucks is its staff. I love that they attend me with a big smile and kindness. If I have that in the cafeteria, I immediately feel comfortable in the place and enjoy its delicious coffee for a long time. but if the staff is unfriendly... I don't like to go back to that place and immediately rate it as bad. This place met all my expectations. Its staff is very friendly and the restaurant is nice, comfortable and very clean and pleasant. Of course I'm going back!
Always predictable and fast. I'm trying to lesson my environmental impact by supporting local small businesses but sometimes you need fast and predictable.
Very friendly and quick service. They forgot to leave the whipped cream off my mocha, but I'll live
