Tried to purchase a cup at 7:45pm and there were no employees to be found. I checked back a few minutes later and still no employee. I checked out my groceries and walked back over. There was a person playing on his phone, who refused to look up or acknowledge me for a few minutes. As soon as the clock rolled over to 8:01 he looked up, said "I'm closed now" then looked back down. If that's the kind of lazy, useless employees you have I have NO problem going to the Starbucks across the street, where I always get excellent service from employees who actually work while in the job.

My son with severe nut allergies wanted a Cake Pop. I asked the young man behind the desk what the ingredients in the cake pops were. He told me he didn't know and turned around and walked away. I asked him if they had the list of ingredients somewhere and he responded, no. I was the only customer at the time and he was extremely rude and dismissive. Luckily, another employee who wasn't working was standing nearby. She walked behind the counter, grabbed the ring of cards with ingredients listed and helped me out. 5 stars to her! O stars to him. All employees should be trained to help with this. This is life and death for my kid.

I tried to ask for a coffee with no lid. Before I could even explain, the coffee was being poured and they told me I HAD to get a lid. And the woman that rang me up was super rude and “informed†me the other option is to bring your own. I understand that. I was just asking a question and had to buy it anyways even when I said I didn't want it if I had to have a lid. There is just SOO much plastic in the oceans. I wish Starbucks would hold themselves more accountable. And be kind to people asking questions.
