This location has the best customer service!! The employees are always fun and enjoying there work place. Great environment and my drink was amazing!!
My drink didn’t taste right. Rather than simply remaking it they criticized other Starbucks and said they don’t make them to standard. When the barista remade my drink she aggressively slid it across the counter while still complaining about remaking it and blaming me because I like light ice. I get the same drink each time at various locations and have never had to complain until this location. I was given a $4 off card for my next visit when I went to use it it was inactive and invalid. I LOVE Starbucks but NOT this location.
Staff was busy but handled it well they were all amazing!
They don’t honor anything from Starbucks corporate, including discounts or freebies. Kind of frustrating this location can just decide not to honor the rules.
This is the Starbucks I go to the most as it is by my job and I can't rave enough about the customer service. All of the baristas and very friendly. Occasionally they will mess up your drinks but will gladly fix them when it happens. They also are always very busy and usually still prepare their drinks pretty quickly.
Breakfast Sandwich hot and tasted great. Frappuccino was blended to perfection. Cashier was very friendly.
Not much indoor seating space and none outdoors. I felt staff were quite personable. I will be back.
Pretty slow but they were pretty busy. Drinks as expected. Place was less than clean though.
drinks are okay but staff is so bad at this location. lack of experience and social skills. i was told to wait a few minutes to order. okay didn’t have a problem. then i pull up to the window and the barista doesn’t say a single word to me just hands me my drink and card.
