Walked in at 7:15 and saw a sign on the counter indicating that the barista was taking a short break. I figured, no problem and did some shopping in Target and came back 10 minutes later. The barista was behind the counter but let me know she was closed this was at 7:30 pm. I figured maybe lunch or dinner break? 1/2 hour or hour? Waited another 1/2 hour and watched the barista behind the counter turn customers away saying she was closed. Hours show open till 9:00 pm. As a business owner I would want to know if I had an employee turning my customers away.
How can you get wrong twice in one order? My name is written wrong and I got hot when I ordered cold drink. What made me feel to write this review is you just did not care for my complain.
Ordered a cheese danish, they didn’t heat it up or even bothered to take it out of the packaging. I tried to eat it and I couldn’t even bite it apart, ended up throwing it out.
I love the baristas, my drink was awesome!
The woman at the register sneezed way too close to the drink cup she was writing on for me and did not get a new one instead. She was extremely snide when I canceled my order and left. Before me, she was extremely rude to the girls in front of me, who hadn't done anything I saw to warrant it. Poor people skills and just general gross handling of food products. No thanks!
Service is super slow & takes 5 min to make one drink. I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. The cashier asked to switch with the barista to get caught up (I think she knew she was faster than the other girl) and she said no.
I should give it 0 stars.
Today when i ordered a drink I asked for soy milk and other then having to say I have an allergy, no whiped cream please she used common scense and didnt ask but already knew. She made my day. Thanks random lady
I walked in to grab my 2 mobile order drinks and the guy at the bar just stared at me while I was trying to find mine. No hello, let me help you, just a blank stare. There was about 8 drinks sitting there and I was trying to find mine and he kept staring at me. He wasn't even making drinks just standing there. Then he turned around to talk to a coworker while I was still trying to get my drinks. Finally, found my drinks but no thank you as I was walking away. Also, bathrooms were gross...almost didn't want to drink my beverage after seeing that! Not a friendly store!
I got an iced chai and it just tasted like milk. I asked if they could pour out some of the milk and add alittle more chai and the lady didn't even say a word to me. She poured chai on top then poured some off the top? Basically pouring out the chai she just poured in... Then she just handed it back. Didn't say one word to me with a rude look on her face. It still tasted like plain milk. I will go out of my way not to go to the Starbucks again.
