I’m so sick of businesses saying online that they are open until a certain time, so you drive all the way there and then they are closed! You said online you were open til 9 so I put my little guy in his car seat and drive all the way over which isn’t close, but I decided to come because it was the only one open, and y’all are closed! It was 8:30. If you change your hours then fine, but please change the hours online because people depend on that information.
Fair warning. Busy almost every day of the week, especially drive thru. Seating has opened up but can get filled quickly. Great location though!
This is the worst Starbucks. I waited in line for 10 minutes by the ordering window and no one ever got my order. I was stuck in the drive through line because of the cars in front and back of me. The cars in front of me eventually left without anything and I drove through. There was no signs indication they were closed. This has happened several times. I do not recommend this Starbucks.
This was the Starbucks in the Orchard shopping center .not the friendliest nor the cleanest we sat by the door there was something wet and sticky on the floor by trash that had been there for awhile.
I love the customer service. They always smile and attend to you kindly. For me that's the most important thing after comes the taste of my coffee.
Cold day was on motorcycle and hands were frozen and needed a hot chocolate, but I left my wallet at home and had to cancel my order. Employee Cyd took care of me and she gave me the hot chocolate that I desperately needed for free and all employees were very friendl
They are closed 99% of the time. If they are open their drive through takes 10+ minutes just to order. Then another 10+ minutes to get your drink.
