So just went through the drive through got to the window and they lost our order. Then they brought out part of it. My husband had to go inside to get what we ordered. It took all together 45 min for three meals.

Asked for a side of whipped cream for our doggo, got a little vanilla ice cream with peanut butter instead. The girls working were the absolute sweetest.
Very unprofessional way to operate a business. Employees were on their phones the whole time when there were lots of customers waiting to be served. Because of the poor service, what I ordered does not taste like it should. My husband used to be a manager at a number of fast food restaurants, so this was one thing him and I wanted to point out because if you want people to come back, businesses need to be in top of their employees work and make sure they are doing their job and not on their phones 24/7 and calling when they should be serving customers.
Even though it was somewhat busy, they had our food ready much faster than I'm used to at other Sonics.
Service has slipped the last two times we have been to Sonic Westminster. Both times we ordered rootbeer floats that had ice in them intended for soft drinks, after the first time I made sure they new what happened on our second trip in less than 3days and it happened again. Quality control is everything.
It says it’s open until 10 PM for the past few weeks we usually go in around 9pm and the place is completely closed No signs on the window with any kind of hours at all whoever runs this franchise or whatever is either got to get their scheduling together or update their Google because it gives false information we’re actually looking forward to a late night Coney or a slushy with some onion rings thinking that the place is open until 10 PM and you pull up around 9:01 PM and it is completely closed with no signs on the windows drive-through or anything about an updated or change at all
You know what one of the worst things is about the 21st century? Almost every fast food restaurant no longer asks if you want ketchup with your fries, it’s quite disappointing.At Sonic however the ketchup is already in the bag without having to ask for it!
When it comes to fast food near a high school you would think hit or miss but out of my multiple visits I've only had one bad experience in the multiple years I've been going to this sonic. Out of most of the ones I've been to over the years I've gotten the best food every time from this one. I drive 15 minutes extra just to go to this one for the great food and service. My only negative is the food takes Slightly longer then expected but the taste is definitely worth the wait.
The burgers are always room temper and disheveled. The Coney is good as well as the fritos burrito. The onion rings are to die for. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Incredibly disrespectful and rude employees. It's amazing what we as a world are willing to give up on, customer service and simply being kind. They should be ashamed.
