The staff is nice. This review isn't their fault. But if you are totally out of bacon and you only have stringy, unripe avocados or dark-brown partially-rotten ones, just don't sell the Bacon Avocado Club. And if someone orders it before you realize you don't have what they paid you for, it does not make up for it to offer additional inedible avocados. That's refund territory.
BEWARE!!! Do not order food to be picked up around their opening time. You will NOT get the food. Customer service was almost all around terrible. Angelique (spelling) was the only person who was at least good with customer service, and tried to make the situation better and diffuse. I still ended up having to take a refund, and wasted 20 minutes of driving, and 25 minutes of time in store. Mind you this is on Fathers Day. Thanks for wasting our little bit of time we had this morning!!!To Smashburger corporate - if they restaurants aren’t allowed to make the orders that came in before they opened, even when the customer is IN STORE…. WHY DOES YOUR APP ALLOW THIS? You are placing your store’s employees in a TERRIBLE situation. This needs fixed ASAP.
The food tastes good.. but my kid got a pretty raw burger. For $50+ for 4 people to eat, you'd think it would be better.Also, it was pretty dirty.
Out of all of the smashburgers I have been to throughout the country, this has been the worst. The food was decent like it always is, the fries came out hot, the Brussel sprouts on my wife's meal was good. The bacon was a little under done from a subjective standpoint, but edible at least.The reason this only gets 2 stars is the service. There were 5 people working there, 3 of which were in the kitchen, and all of them were yelling from the kitchen to the waitress who was taking our order. Out of the 5 employees, only one of them looked like they knew anything about fast food, and the other 4 were trying to glean anything that sort of resembled training from him.Overall, if you're looking to go to Smashburger, I would recommend finding another one close by before ever recommending this location to anyone. The only reason why I didn't give it only 1 star is because our food came out decently quickly.
Ate at Smashburger for the first time and it was awesome! Great guest service, great tasting food. They were shorthanded yet they killed it! Definitely worth the wait considering they weren't fully staffed. Kaylee, Marcus, Kat and John make an awesome team
Just walked in at 8:30 Monday night, 90 minutes before close. I was the only one in the restaurant. Both the guy and the kitchen and the girl bagging up a delivery order just looked at me in disgust. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you." Guy in the kitchen says to the girl "I'm not taking any more f$%*#$g walk ins after 9pm., I'm the only one here." Then I hear him say, "and I'm not making more than 2 burgers" and walked away. After waiting for over a minute and half and not even getting a greeting, I walked out. I get that decent employees are hard to find, but these two shouldn't be representative of any company.
The avocado burger was very delicious. Fresh avocado and plenty of tomatoes ( if you like tomatoes, I do ☺️). The fry's were well seasoned and plentiful. I just shared with my daughter on the fry's and we had plenty left over. I definitely recommend if your in the area, or just want a good burger.
Went in for a late lunch. They weren't busy and plenty of tables were available. Every table was dirty, so we used napkins and water to wipe one down for ourselves. The newer benches trap crumbs and filth between the slats, so avoid them if you can. The floors are also dirty. We waited a long time for our burgers, then realized they were still sitting under a warmer. The burgers were good, the fries were a bit soggy. Smashburger is way too expensive these days to put up with this.
Solid burgers but when you place an order 30min ahead and wait 55 min it's not worth it. Can't cancel order since we bought online means your stuck. I'm writing this on min 57min so yes I'm biased but based on the look on the other, counting 8 people waiting for food it's a shared feeling. Way to many burgers places you can eat at so be warned or come expecting it.
New management & cooks here, horrible. 30 minute wait times for a single burger and fries. Ordered a double Colorado and received a single (super burnt), cook in the back says " not his priority to fix right now ". No care here, food takes too long and not even cooked well. Super understaffed.Don't waste your time here, it's been like this for months.
