Love this place.Been going since they opened It’s a great treat before work….but when there’s a line I usually think twice because I don’t feel like waiting 15 -20 minutes for a drink, also when the younger crew works I feel like when they see a line they move slower. I guess they think it’s okay to move however they want because the line isn’t going anywhere. But the drinks 5 stars always!
I haven't had the bubble tea yet and I've been waiting for 20 minutes. Was just told we had about 10 more minutes and that normally a drink takes 40 minutes. Um, what? Boba normally takes about 5 minutes to prepare. I would have never placed an order had I understood the wait involved.
I go here all the time. They are great including their customer service. However, the fact that they limit you to two toppings (even when you pay extra for them) is incredibly disappointing. If I want three or four toppings, I should be able to add them if I'm paying for them.
Love the drinks and the employees. Problem is, they never make enough boba to last them through their open hours. So frustrating when you order on the app and then you get a call saying that you need to change it or cancel the whole order.
I apologize for my first review. Honestly, the employee couldn't have been nicer when telling us we would need a mask in there. While we still won't be back, it's not because of how she told us- its simply because we don't agree with the mandates or enforcing them. We wish them nothing but the best.
Probably my favorite boba place near us I LOVE the peach kiwi with aiyu jelly but on the other hand the winter melon is the absolute worstI do not like how I need to were a mask I would love if I have a choice to were a mask or not
I've stopped in multiple times now, and the staff is super friendly. Always on top of their game even with it always packed (at least when I go).
Love the drinks here! Wish there was the cheese foam but there's lots of good toppings. Love the Okinawa pearl tea and tigers milk tea
I did the cocoa lover which was like mostly chocolate milk but the chewy Boba was awesome to eat. Too bad they cannot customize like extra Boba or less chocolate. But overall I liked it and will try other flavors too
My sister asked for two bobas and she only received one. After that, she got put all the way to the back of the line which wasted like 30 minutes. At last, they got the order wrong also got the other boba order wrong which was pretty disappointing.
