The burger was delicious!! We got both regular fries and garlic fries, could not tell the difference? Also never got asked if we wanted more fries, they just took the empty plate. Service could have been more attentive but we got sat in the bar so I understand.

Our server was awesome! She was running 6 other tables beside ours and she never made us feel bad about asking for anything extra. She had help from other team members too which I like to see. So tip good, cause you know they are sharing it with other people ?

This was my first visit and I was blown away!! Firstly our food came out very quickly, fresh and delicious! Secondly, the portion sizes, OMG, huge!! I barely finished half of my fish and chips, and did I mention delicious, absolutely delectable! If you haven't gone yet, you need to!! I'm anxious to try one of their burgers next time I go, I mean, it's what they are famous for, it's gotta be awesome!! Go! Eat!

Just picked up my curbside order, arrived right at the time the online order said it would be ready. Called the number to let them know I arrived. Phone rang & rang until message said "FOR CURBSIDE" pick 4, then rang & rang until going back to the beginning message, I did this 4 times before someone finally picked up. The kid said he would bring it out when it's ready.....I wait and wait while watching others come and go with their inside pickup order, still nothing for me. I called back, same kid answered said hold on let me look, the after a few minutes hung up. I got out of my car and went in to get my order as it was already PAID for. This clueless kid is standing their chatting with the cutiepie hostess. I asked, where is my food? I've been waiting 20 minutes since my first curbside call....Uumm, what's your name? Like I said, clueless. Is it a hamburger and salad? Then grabbing the only bag sitting there for God only knows how long and handed it to me. Burger was completely cold as expected, salad was no longer cold. No sorry, no nothing, just here you go. To think this kid was getting paid to fail so miserably at what should be such a simple job, answer phone, take lot number, bring out food ? Horrible representation of how to run a business, reflects poorly on Management and trainers.

Had an awful experience yesterday here. The food was fine but the service was terrible. We saw our waitress twice the entire hour we sat there. Once when she took our order, once when she brought our meal. No refills, no checking if everything was alright, we checked ourselves out on the kiosk. The place was mostly empty as well. It looked like there were two managers there as well doing nothing to help. I made eye contact several times with the woman manager and tried to wave her over for refills but she was too busy chatting with her associate manager. On top of all this, it was my husband's birthday and we never got the opportunity to let our waitress know that for the free burger he was supposed to get. Very disappointing. You've probably lost a really good customer from us.

We've always liked Red Robin. They had a problem with the App regarding my birthday burger. I got the email a week before my birthday and made plans to go in a week after it. It was in the next month. When I pressed the Redeem button the app said it was only good during my birthday month! It was very disappointing. There should have been some info on how long it was good for in the email. Well, the manager made it all good! Great customer service as always! The corporate office should fix the birthday rewards issue!

Food was great! The waitress was kind and professional but the gent9that brought our food just had an attitude and he also hit my daughter on the head with the tray and didn't apologize. And when he gave us the food he did it with an attitude and almost spilled some on the table. Other than that everything else was great! Thank you.

Great food and service! The restaurant was short-staffed and crazy with teens out for prom dinners, but they were dealing with all that well and we had a nice experience. The server heard us say we were trying to get to a movie at the nearby theater after eating, and she did what she could to ensure we wouldn't be late. We made it in time. Kudos to Red Robin and our server (don't recall her name)!
