Awful ordered sour cream on my burrito and the guy put so much sour cream that's all you taste new or not they should know the correct process

The rice isn't always fresh and they chop up the chicken too much other than that it is a good restaurant
Had a great burrito here recently and the staff is really nice. Probably the best Qdoba I’ve been to. They were so fast—even during peak lunch hour I was in and out within 5 minutes!
Seems like staff has changed and improved. They are friendly now.
Gave my order to someone else didn't bother to try and remake it or anything just took my money online and gave away my food now I get to dispute the charge with my bank thanks. Returning to your store the manager that works there is incredibly rude and I won't be going to any of your locations again after the experience I had there with her.

In fairness the food was very good. Service was terrible. Mumbling with a mask on is hard to hear. Then being rude when I ask you to repeat yourself is garbage. We had 6 burritos with sides and drinks $100+. I could have taken my family to a sit down restaurant and got excellent service for that.
