It’s Pizza Hut. I’m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online for carry out but it’s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Service is good there’s always parking. Store is well lit and clean. I could swear they stopped offering plates but I got plates and napkins.

Every time I order they call me and tell me it will be 2 hours instead of what it shows online. The first time I said ok and the pizza tasted way off, even tho it came in time (not 2 hours later). This time they did not hesitate to cancel my order when I said "ok, as long as the quality isn't compromised." It almost seems like they don't want to take orders here. She also said it will be 3-5 days before I get a refund. I don't think so ....I'll dispute the charge immediately. It seems I'm not the only one and after reading other reviews, I think I'll pass for good ?. Ok then...?
The wings were way over priced for traditional. Then they arrived and it was all just vinegar in the sauce. The driver got lost for delivery and the food was.cold by the time he arrived
Asked us to come pick up the pizza because they were short staffed. Then kept our online delivery tip for themselves. My wife went to pick up and had to wait an additional time after they told us 15 minutes. Ended up being 40 minutes... I would love for the owner of this store to call me for my advice on how to run a franchise. I will never go to pizza hut again in this area unless this is reconciled
Every time I order from this location, even if I order ahead. It takes them 20+ minutes more than the schedule time it says it’ll be ready. I’m sorry but especially if someone orders a pizza for two hour from now and you still can’t have it ready on time it’s very unprofessional.

Worst place in history of pizza hut! Ask to make sure sauce was with my breadsticks and I get a smart reply that it was in there. Get home and guess what no sauce! Customer service at this location stinks!!

Price was ok.. the store on Pecos was absolutely disgusting, dirty, smelly, greasy. The employees were dirty, greasy, disheveled, etc. I nearly gagged while standing there waiting to pay. The credit card swiper thing literally had grease and grime all over it; who'd want to touch that?!?! I think the health officials should be notified. Gross!
