Terrible experience, waited an hour and half for my order , called to check on it and they had closed, and my card was charged. When asked about it , he said it should be in account but obviously it wasn't since I had already got a text saying it was. Then proceeded to tell me I will get a friendly call from his boss explaining the situation...pizza hut is the McDonald's of delivery but come on , this is ridiculous...
Ordered a Pizza for delivery that never came. I can understand busy night so I didnt rush them but when 3 hours hit and there store was closed I called. They said my pizza was for carryout and nobody showed up so they threw it away... Asked for a refund and they gave me everything except the delivery fee... They had my number I have an account they could have called me if it was carryout, which it wasnt.
Do NOT order takeout here. I arrived 5 minutes after my order of just wings and breadsticks was supposed to be ready and sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. My food somehow wasn’t warm when I got it and cashier had terrible customer service. Not to mention I ordered 6 wings and received 5. Will not be ordering from here again
I can’t speak to the quality of pizza at this location. But the business hours listed are misleading. This location closes for pickup at 10pm and doesn’t accept delivery orders after 10pm either. So even if it is “open” until 11pm you can’t get any food.
Went to pick up a mobile order and was told 3 mins left. Sat for 15 and still nothing. Just blasting music and can’t even hear myself think. Every song was blasting the N word and every swear word in the book. I said screw it and left for it was very unprofessional
My pizzas arrived barely warm, missing my order of Cinnabons. I immediately called and was offered at least an hour wait time for re-delivery or a future credit. I declined both offers since I SHOULD have been offered a refund for something I paid for and never received. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut in the future...very disappointing experience. :(
The staff was working so hard and so busy when I arrived to get my pizza. When I got home and opened the box it was very well made, had an excellent amount of cheese on it, and was overall really delicious. Even though they were super busy, they still took the time to make us a great pizza. Thanks so much!
Wrong crust on pizza , over cooked and it was cold . I threw it in the trash . Didnt call to see if they would bring me another pizza, because the time before this I ordered pizza from the same pizza hut they brought me the wrong pizza after 2 hours . I called to complain and the mgr was hateful and said no to bringing me a new order . She told me to ask the driver for a discount. Which absolutely ridiculous. I will not be ordering pizza from this location again . I also have friends and family that will no longer be ordering from this location .
Whilest i understand you are busy my 50 dollar order was cold. My sauce for my break sticks had been squished and all over the place. And it took 2 hours to arrive.
