Overall, I had a fairly positive experience here. For carryout, the service was quick (fast and ready by the time I was given) and the staff member I spoke with was friendly!The pizza was pretty meh/average and it felt like there wasn't much sauce on the pizzas which was a little disappointing, but nothing too problematic.

The pizza was excellent and delivery driver was fast.. pizza was hot when delivered. Driver was super friendly!
My boyfriend was picking up his pizza and when he went in there was an employee who was just sitting on a chair on his phone and wanted to cuss at my boyfriend. Definitely not going to this location ever again. People wanna have terrible customer service for no reason.
Pizza tasted fresh with a great ratio of sauce and ingredients. Delivery time was good.
We opted for contactless curbside. We placed our order via the app about 20min before we got there. When we arrived, we sent the pickup text and gave the description of our vehicle and all that. We then proceeded to wait for 30min without a word. I figured maybe they were busy due to the holiday, so we just hung out for a bit. We finally decided to just go in and get it, and when we did, the guy behind the counter had quite an attitude. I've worked food service before, I get we all have our bad days, but rule 1 of food service is don't roll your eyes at a customer while still in their line of sight. Definitely going through another location next time since we were obviously such an annoyance to the employees here.
My pizza arrived cold and looked like it was on its side. I ordered hand tossed and it was a thin crust. There was minimal marinara and cheese. I would have rather waited longer for the employees to actually take their time.
I paid for extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. It was dry and flavorless. Only ate two pieces.
My order was not completed correctly so I was left paying more for less. The person that assisted me in my pickup order was not wearing a mask. they had a mask below their face but not on. Overall the quality of the pizza was not good. Even with a pick up order coming right out of the oven the pizza was flavorless and sauce seemed stale. I have had good experience with Pizza hut in the past so I may just need to switch location.
I had an issue with the taste of my pizza but the store was willing to give me a credit for my next Pizza. Not sure what the issue was but we are customers who order often at least three times a month and I felt the situation was handled properly.
