I am totally disappointed with the service of this restaurant. Never have I had such a bad experience dining in a Vietnamese restaurant ever. We were excited with Pho 78 because it has its own section of vegan options for my friend to enjoy with us.Pros:- the table was set ready when we came after we called, the sign in front says The best Asian restaurant in Colorado in 2019.- the promotion of buy 1 get 1 half off for rice dishes is still active. My food tastes good and authentic.Cons:- The restaurant was not busy but it was hard to get a hold of the server (understaffed?!)- I ordered two rice dishes, one for dining and one for to go. My friend did the same thing. All the rice dishes came as dining and we had to repeat that we wanted one as To go.- We ordered peanut sauce for the spring rolls but the fish sauce came instead.- This issue is the worst. My friend ordered Vegan chow fun, and the dish came out about 10 minutes after every one else had food. And it was NOT vegan!!! There was chicken in it!!! Why did you display the vegan option and ended up putting meat into the dish? This made us think these options were not taken seriously and all vegan/normal dishes are made using the same cooking utensils.- The boba tea was served while we did not order it at all.- The restaurant ran out of white rice so we were suggested to order fried rice instead. And we were up charged $3 for the fried rice without being disclosed and it was not our fault that the restaurant ran out of white rice. We mentioned this with the checkout person and he replied he did not make the price and did not know who took our order (there was only 2 people taking order and it was weird that he gave us such a bad answer). He ended up taking that up-charge off the bill but everything was down hill at that point. There were so many little things adding up to the bad experience and we left angrily because we were disrespected, especially my friend who is vegan. I hope the restaurant could improve its service and appreciate its guests. We came here for a visit and were deeply sad after dining here.

Flavorful broth and friendly atmosphere. I have dined here several times and have recommend this place to many friends and family. The grilled shrimp spring rolls is a must try.

The food was incredible and the staff was very friendly. This was an amazing dining experience and well priced. I highly recommend.

My mom loves this place! Ever since I told her about it back in September this might be her new favorite place! The pho is so delicious, the place is very beautiful, the staff are very nice, we come here once a month and order the pho, and the bubble tea is also amazing! I give this place a 5 star because of how much I love it! All of the employees are the best! I will tell everyone about this place!!?

good food, good location. the order is still confusing but otherwise it's okay

We were very dissatisfied with the service we received today at Pho 78. We came in, and the place was busy. I was told a booth would be cleaned off shortly for us, and it was... only to be given to a party that showed up after mine. When we did finally get a booth, the party seated before ours was served first, while our party was completely ignored by the staff. We left and chose to dine elsewhere.

My wife and I love coming to dine at Pho 78, , the manager Kong, is always friendly and very quick to get us seated. I noticed this when we visited on Thursday evening, 3-10-22, they were very busy with takeouts and customers, but he did a great job getting everybody seated, as well as his waitstaff. Food was hot and fresh, we recommend this clean family environment. Cozy!

We have eaten at the majority of vietnamese restaurants in the area and this is the best one! Delicious food, great staff, and quick! There's a vegan menu that makes it easy to order from and the waiters always remember us. Come here! You won't regret it

I had the vegetarian pho bowl. It was pretty good. The restaurant was nice for lunch and not too noisy.

DELICIOUS! This place transported me to one of my Vietnamese restaurant in NYC Chinatown that I loved. We ordered the bun (vermicelli noodle) with grilled pork and even though it wasn't listed on the menu, they did a pho with grilled pork. The pork was perfectly grilled and tender. The pho broth was SO flavorful without any of the extras added. You could taste the different spices like star anise and lemongrass. That is one of my true tests with pho. If it tastes good on its own, that's when it's the real deal. This def passed the test! I could not get enough.Thank you for filling the void for my beloved NYC spot. And thank you for having such friendly and outgoing service. We will def be returning!
