I ordered online and went to pick up, everything in the order was good beside the horrible pizza, there was something in the pizza and no way to put a complaint into the app.

I normally would order delivery from these guys but I am laid up and can’t go out and get food. So my order sat there for an hour and a half because no one would accept it. Called and they were like you can come get it, then after I called to cancel it they finally got someone to accept it after they cancelled it. No one was going to call or refund me until my wife called. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t make it happen. I usually eat at Panera once a week now I am never going back to any location ever again. Like I said I never order delivery unless I am laid up, now every other place is closed and you guys wasted my food you stink.
Good food! Very busy Friday lunch time. I would recommend if you are in a hurry maybe avoid Friday noon. If not, well worth the wait. Yummy.
I love panera, but was extremely dissatisfied with this location. I ordered a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, this is what I was given. There were just bacon scraps on my sandwich. Very disappointed.
I paid $19 for a Mac&Chess sandwich and a strawberry smoothie. Oh yeah, an apple too.The Mac & cheese Sandwich was cold and soggy. The smoothie wasn’t blended all the way and had chunks of ice in it. And the apple, the apple was pretty good so that’s why this gets 2 stars instead of one. Lol.
Ordering rapid pick-up? They never use the designated area for it - go straight to the first available cashier and ask for your food. Ordering bakery with your food? It won't be in your order, you'll have to make an extra stop at the bakery counter. Very dismissive and inefficient staff, not worth tipping in advance even though I frequently do.
every so often I get an absolute CRAVING for panera, who doesn’t?! i walked in tonight looking forward to the best mac n cheese, and it says “item unavailable”. yup, i was disappointed, what’s the point of panera if you can’t get that creamy mac. after adding my “chipotle chicken avocado sandwich” which ended up being a grilled cheese, there the mac n cheese was, it popped up all non-chalant. let’s get back to the real issue of tonight’s order: i ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and got a GRILLED CHEESE?! the only similarity between these two is the bread, which was marked as “item unavailable”. panera, question to you, are your items really “unavailable”?. not only that but the bread and cheese was burnt on the grilled cheese. all in all this trip was underwhelming and i am extremely unhappy.
I like Panera however, very disappointed with this location. No one at the front counter to help, employee mapping the floor came over to assist. However, the employee didn't wash his hands, image what happens when customer are not looking. Went to the pickup window, waited for my food meanwhile, employees preparing the food were talking and laughing all over the food. Are they aware that at times when we speak our saliva shoots out of our mouth, how gross ?. Panera, get your employees to keep the customers health, and theirs as a first priority. No one needs to get sick because, your employees don't follow healthy guidelines.
I have always loved the chicken frontega sandwich but today it seemed to taste better because the cashier was a sweetheart and the manager helped bring our order to my table. The staff were extra sweet to my little girls (ages 3 and 5) giving us 2 cookies when I only purchased 1. It’s amazing how much that 2nd cookie positivity impacted our day as the girls mentioned it again in our prayers at bedtime. Thank you to all at this location. Hugs!
Ordered delivery for lunch, I got the Asian Chicken Salad and boyfriend got a turkey sandwich. No complaints about the sandwich but my salad only had three small pieces of chicken in it and was mostly just romaine lettuce. The bill was around $30 so needless to say this was disappointing. I paid about $13 for some lettuce and dressing.
