The staff closes the lobby whenever they feel like it, there is absolutely no consistency. Then when you do wait in line they make you wait forever while they serve each other
Ordered one bowl of orange chicken for takeout. Took 35 minutes, don't come unless you have plenty of extra time. Food is decent though

Staff was good and good was awesome as always, but disappointed yet again that there was no wok fired shrimp and there would be no more today. At 1pm?
Was a little slow to help walk in customers due to so many people in the drive through, but great service otherwise.
We went to grab a couple of bowls and we were more than disappointed as they closed the lobby at 8:30 so we didn't have a choice but go through the drive thru. The entree I ordered they had only a scoop and asked if I would take the steak as well but when I opened it there were at least 1 cup of onions in it. We definitely will rethink going there next time
Terrible experience. Usually I only review if there’s good service, but this was a must to write a bad review. Ignored by staff for an online order. Maybe understaffing is an issue but I had to ask for help after waiting for 5 minutes. Ignoring customers should not be happening.
Ordered drive thru got the wrong food. Didn’t notice until I got home. Called went back to get the right food and they didn’t have any orange chicken left. Staff was rude and non empathetic to the situation. I’d like to hear from management or ownership about this.
