We were looking for some late sushi and came across Mika Sushi II based on reviews online. This place is FANTASTIC! Kitty made us feel welcomed and accommodated, plus she was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. The food was fresh, delicious, and we hardly waited 10 minutes for a last minute walk-in order. This place is absolutely our new go-to place to sate that sushi craving! Keep it up guys!
My limited credentials are as a Korean-born, Seattle-raised sushi enthusiast. This hidden gem is what I’ve been looking for!! Easily the freshest fish I’ve had in a long time. The salmon + fatty yellowtail was basically a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The rolls were flavorful & soo satisfying. Agadashi tofu was simple, savory, & perfectly executed.Prices were reasonable for what you’re getting. Our dining-in wait after we had ordered was less than 25 minutes at a high-volume dinnertime.Tip: This place is owned/managed by Mizu Izakaya folks so if you’re looking for that level of quality, you’ll find it here for mom-and-pop-shop vibes. Thank me later.
Awesome food. I have a dairy allergy, and my server goes out of her way to make sure my food don’t contain any dairy. Will definitely be back.
Delicious and wide array of sashimi meats! Plus the appetizers are amazing, and everything is beautifully plated. Authentic Japanese contemporary music makes for a relaxing ambience. Will definitely come back for more!!
Delicious sushi at a surprisingly reasonable price. I am from Houston, so I expect pretty good sushi. Some of the freshest sushi I have had in a long time. Authentic and delicious and lovely atmosphere. Service was incredibly quick and they were very attentive to my needs. Very polite wait staff and management. Highly recommend!
Mika Sushi II is usually our go-to sushi spot as we always love the quality of their sushi. Today was very disappointing. We ordered about a $80 worth of sushi rolls that came out mushy and extremely sticky. The rice was over cooked and so sticky that it was difficult to chew and swallow. I made this issue known to the server right away who offered no solution to the issue. She said that the rice was made by the same person every day so there is nothing they can do to make our experience better but clearly the quality of the food suffered today. We were offered a 10% off of our ticket but the customer service and food was very disappointing today. Unfortunately this may be our last visit here.
Sushi was sub par at best. Presentation was good ,but had to ask for more water . I ordered four salmon sashimi only received 3 but when I was charged for four I showed them this picture with 3 salmon sashimi they called me a liar and said I had 4. When they asked the chef the chef verified there was only 3 . Lost my business for life over a 3 dollar piece of fish.
This place is great! The sushi is always a good temperature and almost melts in your mouth. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend visiting Mika sushi 2！
First time. ? Nice atmosphere. Clean facility. Busy even on a Monday night. Lots of to go orders flying out the door. We ordered the Godzilla, Spicy Girl, Evil Angel, and the Green rolls. ? Yum yum. ? We will be back and recommend. Idk why we crave sushi on Mondays when most Asian restaurants are closed. Not this wan! ☝?
Came here for Wife's Bday dinner and it was absolutely fantastic! Liked every roll we got and will confidently say best spot in Colorado hands down
