Went through drive through for a drink. When I pulled up there were 3 cars ahead of me, I waited for 30 min & the vehicle ahead of me was still waiting to place their order. Only one lane open & the other was closed with a trash bin blocking the way. After waiting this long & unable to back up due to 4 cars being behind me, I had to step out of the vehicle to remove the trash bin blocking the other lane in order to be able to drive through & leave - all the cars behind me followed. The restaurant did not seem busy AT ALL (only 1-3 cars in their parking lot) so not sure why it took them THAT long to keep the one drive through line moving. Very disappointed and a waste of time!

Worst experience. Also manager very rude. Hung up on?me when i called to correct then kept hanging up on me when i called. Where is the customer service. Lets train people better especially for the wages. Who do the think they are?
I've been to this McDonald's since the early 1990s as a kid. It used to be a lot better but lately it has really gone downhill. Hope the team can improve their quality and service.
It's rare to find adult humans who can neither count, nor read, but they're abundant here! Fast food is pretty worthless if you can't get an order right and also overcharge for it.
Times are changing, 10 bucks for a burger, small fries & drink. But at least the meat patties were run through a ringer and a third smaller than the bun. Don't wanna fill up on lunch...
Getting hang of the app has made all the difference! I don't hate stopping here anymore ?. Free perks and lots of rewards adding up quick make the app quite useful! Add your card for quicker checking out and boom, just drive thru to pick up. No need to even place a verbal order!
I wish I could give negative stars to this trash facility. Never have I ever seen such a horrendous team of disrespectful, impolite, incompetent, unqualified, mannerless staff. I never received my food, after witnessing some of THE worst customer service from the snooty little girl at the 2nd window. After waiting over 15 minutes for my food, I asked to speak to a manager. After another 5 minutes he met me with the most careless, insensitive, couldn't care less attitude. I hope that the owners of this store seriously rethink their hiring process since the candidates they choose to pay are ruining their business, and their reputation. I'd be ashamed to own this store.
Been waiting 15 mins in the drive through line and it hasn't moved one bit ! No way to get out either. Super frustrating, the workers also don't seem too happy to be working here and are pretty rude
This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live 2 minutes from it and come here every now and then since it's close, but every single time my order is either wrong, cold or not all there. The place is super run down and not taken very good care of. Definitely could use a visit from someone who actually knows what they're doing to help these people run a business
My husband was treated very badly this morning in the drive thru even to the point that the person slammed the drive thru window on him. All he wanted was his breakfast order as he placed it. Really... after reading other complaints from this store why do you let your people treat customers like this. I'm in the customer service also... I would be let go or written up.... why!!!!
