I had a bundle of 3.50 because I didn't see all menu, so I ask if I can have instead of the fries a hot spicy, and the " manager" was absolutely unrespectful and she said no, is easy the hot spicy is 1.59 so for two be 3.18!is cheaper why not?? Anyway she was talking and super unprofessional, bad customer service!!!
I've tried to give this location a few chances but no longer.. waited longer than I should have and the fries and everything else that I ordered were cold and poorly made. The kid that took the payment was kind but the window where I got the food, the kid handed me the food , I say thank you and as I'm saying that he slams the window shut. Customer service takes literally nothing out of you to do. Learn it people.. it's a priceless skill that can get you far in life.
This location is the worst McDonald's Ive been to in Colorado. Unfortunately I live a block away so Ive been experiencing there gross fries,attitude having teenagers, change taking a**clowns for almost 3 years now. Uggggh so annoyed just want fresh yellow fries not overly salted brown old warmer fries. A** CLOWNS
Compared to 5 or 10 years ago, there is not very good customer service here. No "Thank you for choosing McDonald's" or "Have a nice day" or "Well see you next time". It's very robotic. "What can I get for you?" Is usually how I'm greeted.
A bit of a long wait at curbside, and for some reason I couldn't order a large Diet Coke on the app (had to settle for a medium). The hash brown was cold, but the Hot & Spicy McChicken Biscuits were the best I've had in a while.
Food was good and hot but the customer service was not so good. The little boy (teenager) who took are order threw the drive thru was rude to my husband and when we went to the first window to pay there was no worker there to take are payment so we went to the second window since no one was there and then he gave us attitude and was rude. I think the manager should really train there employees good customer service. I've been in customer service for about 13 + years and I was taught to give good service were ever you work when you work with the public. That snot nose teen was rude and shouldn't be in customer service if it's going to be rude and all that

Ordered through uber eats. My whole order was cold, both cheeseburgers my fries and my 20piece nuggets. And what baffles me is people want $16 to flip burgers and stir and salt fries but can't even put one sauce cup for a 20peice nugget or read that the customer wants extra sauce this isn't the first time its happened. This store is absolute trash when it come to caring for customers I will not ever order from this place again they're barely high school grads can't even seem to do this right
I was craving my neighborhood Mc Donald's and this evening the crew didn't disappoint, they were friendly and confident from the young man who was taking the Orders at the drive thru to the young lady giving the orders, they were all Awesome! My Order was perfect and my food was hot, fresh and on-point! This Crew has it Together! This is great news and badly needed here at my neighborhood Mc Donald's! actually closing your lobby at 8pm like your business establishes and not at 7pm. managers and employees tend to give you a dirty look when you order your hash browns or mcnuggets cook to order.
