On June 11, 2022 I visited this location and found that depending on how food is ordered, you may be charged incorrectly. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and was charged $1.99 each. According to the drive-up menu board, on 6/11/22, the #7 meal listed 2 cheeseburgers for $3.18, so 4 should be $6.36 or $1.59 each. I have reached out to McDonald’s corporate twice requesting a response from the local franchisee but I’ve yet to receive a response from the local franchisee. Apparently the local franchisee doesn’t care about customer service.
Ordered 1 mac and 1quarter pounder and fries. Guess what all 3 must have sat in warmer for half a day. Fries hard, mac dried up, quarter pounder dried up.this seems to be standard practice for this location at 128th and zuni. My wife picked up on 5/20 at 6:40 pm.20 nuggets 2 cheeseburgers fries. Again dried up food. Now nuggets many times that we ordered are dried up . Look I can complain about many other orders as well. Now for the 5-20 order I called the so called manager on duty.i asked why that order was stale . His answer was I have no answer to your question. Did not offer to cook fresh or give refund. I assume there is a high attrition rate and lack of employees who follow protocall and procedures unless the owners are the cause. Went 1 morning to get mcmuffins. Sat at drive thru 10 minutes and then someone came across the speaker and said we are closed.i asked why. I don't know why was the response.no closed sign leading to the drive thru or at drive thru. I go to this location because it's close to my home. It is supposed to be convenient but I do not return any item back since its inconvenient. Might as well go inside tell them to cook fresh. Really not worth the wait. So save time and go some where else. Short answer is it is mismanaged. Really 4.60$ for a dried up mac. I left a message for the owners whose site says they own 7 locations and I await an answer of which I am sure I will not recieve. Time for me to never order there again and others should follow suit. Why compensate when you would get nasty stuff again. Or another thought maybe I will ask for all to be cooked fresh so you me our kids, husbands , cousins, fathers,mothers and all significant others may enjoy what is nostalgic about mcdonalds. If you ask to cook fresh I believe it's the law. Repercussions may be spit hair nasty on hands etc: but no one knows when I arrive .hot day today in denver.enjoy.funny as you know as I order a mass amount of food it will go to homeless within an hour.or a thought owners spin it and donate to homeless.good idea like maybe. This McDonalds does shady business. Twice in two weeks I placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches, chichen nuggets, fries, drink, and a oreo McFlurry. Both times the Double Quarter pounder I ordered turned out to be a regular Quarter Pounder in a Double Quarter Pounder box, and the McFlurry wasn't even mixed or "Flurried." No wonder places like In-N-Out are so popular. They are cheaper and reliable.
I've consistently had good service with them. They're friendly and haven't messed up any of my orders. Big macs are put together pretty sloppily though
Ordered off of the McDonald's app for pickup tonight. Sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes and finally went inside to check, they hadn't even seen the order and I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish the drive through orders then mine.Om top of that, got home (3 min drive away) and the fries are cold and we have tangy BBQ instead of the requested Buffalo.Extremely disappointed
Super poor customer service. The manager Pamela was extremely rude and unwilling to give me a refund after I swallowed shells that I did not know were on my egg. Plus the rest of the food was horrible. All she knew how to say was: I can replace your order. She insisted on NOT giving me a refund. She said she wanted to see my order first, which she had already seen, and which I had to throw away because aside from the shells in my eggs, the food was awful. Not to mention, when I first went up to grab my order and saw that I didnt have the eggs that I ordered, she tried to argue with me, and say that I couldnt. She made me feel like I was bothering her when showing her my receipt of purchase, proving that I did indeed order two servings of eggs.
The staff who take payments at the drive-thru window are always friendly, but the staff who put together the meals *always* forget something in our order. There is a serious lack of attention at this location. We have to remember to double-check our order before leaving, as they won’t take the time to do it themselves. How difficult is it to remember to include fries with a happy meal?
Must be getting all the bad service from McDonalds today. Simple app order. 2 hamburgers, spicy McChicken, and large fry. So instead of two hamburgers, i get one hamburger and one double cheeseburger, the rest of the order was okay! Lactose intolerance dudes! How can this order get screwed up??I worked at McDonalds when I was younger. Please get the order correct.
Fries: cold, limp, and without a hunt of saltBurger: stale with hard bun from sitting under a warmer forever.Coke: wasn't because they had Diet Coke in the machine instead.Service: slow and surley with just a touch of having given up.
How do you run out of bread at 5pm on a Thursday lol is your manager just braid dead and can’t do inventory at the most basic level. Sad.
