I tried this place for the first time and it was awful. I got the shrimp tacos and the tortillas were so soggy I had to eat in a big clump with a fork instead of like a taco. The rice was so dry and the beans taste like they just came out of a burnt pot. Never again will I eat here! Way over priced for the quality.
Good food!Very Authentic!Carnitas Platter
First time eating at this place and definatelly the last time. Food is not the greatest. I went there for dinner and ordered camarones sarandeados 6 oysters and fajitas plate for two people and a few drinks. Our ticket total was $218 and on the ticket they brought me it said sugested gratuity $45 and at the bottom it showed the tip table by percentage 15% was $32.00 so I asked to pay that 15% gratuity and the waiter told me that i had to pay the amount that the ticket said because she could not change it on the computer and I pointed out where it said sugested and she said it is what it is I cant change that. Ended up paying $278.00 for dinner for 3 people. This place is a rip off dont go there there is better mexican sea food places with better food and service at a much better price
Walked in...THE MUSIC WAS BLARING......waited at counter for a few minutes..no service. I couldn't take the extremely loud music..... We left. Was hoping to try a place we have never been to. Owners should visit Los Arcos up the street so they can get a clue how to run a successful business.
We went for lunch, ordered shrimp cocktail, ceviche and one of the steak plates. It was ok, I would have to try another time to give a full decisiong if I would return. I'll update when I do.
The food was decent and sent out in a reasonable time. But the service was lackluster even though the place wasn’t busy. There was an odd tension you could feel during the entire visit that was uncomfortable. The server also pre-charged the max percentage tip on our receipt then gave us the 2nd receipt to add even more tip, very shady. Wouldn’t return.
Their billing is shady. Menu says they add automatic gratuity for parties bigger than 8. We were just a party of two and they added 25% tip for themselves and then they bring you the receipt to sign which doesn’t indicate tip was ALREADY added so you end up tipping double.
This is an amazing restaurant. This is by far the best food I’ve eaten in Denver. The wait staff is super friendly. Our food was prepared quickly. While we waited we had margaritas and salsa. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. The night we ate here, there was two live bands. The restaurant features a stage and a dance floor, good music and lots of tvs.
So every time I drive by this restaurant it’s always dead. Well now I know why. The food had no flavor, the chips are store bought, the salsa tasted like tomato paste. My husband ordered a Paloma and it tasted more like soda then anything. Everything is over priced including the kids menu. My daughters quesadilla with rice and beans was 8 dollars. I was not happy with the service the waitress kept forgetting stuff then it took her forever to come back with what she forgot. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your 100 dollars and go somewhere nice
It was semi ok. Only saw waitress two times ar order and check ticker and there was a suggested 18% gratitude, not worth it. Ho elsewhere
