We love Marcos! Friendly staff, clean environment, nice outdoor seating. Great happy hour too. I had a Greek salad and deluxe pizza bowl and both were great. The kids loved their pepperoni pizza!
Great food but horrible service!! The last 5 times we have ordered for pick up and 4 of the 5 they have somehow missed our order and so it ends up being 30 to 45 mins longer!! The same bs story from someone who says he is a manager!!
Good pizza but it was an hour later than what they said it would be. Place has gone downhill in the past year. New management needed!
I ordered take out. Said be ready in 30min. Get there to pick up food and they said system was down and they did not get online orders. I understood, young man said they will remake it since I had already paid online. He took order down and said it will be ready in 25min. Go back to get my order, and they can’t find it anywhere, they had lost the order. They have me order it again. I have been waiting for my food for an hour and half. Nobody really looked like they knew what they were doing. Never coming back to this location. This is the second time this has happened here.
Last 3 times we have ordered from here, we either got the wrong order or no order at all. Customer service is great, but the quality of the food or lack there of, has been awful. Our order tonight was with no onion and there were EXTRA onions added even AFTER it was cooked. Wish I could add a pic.

This use to be the place we would go for pizza, but I know they have gone through new ownership in the last year. Since the change, the quality has gone way down. We won't even order delivery anymore because it is awful the last 3 times (cold, wrong order, driver couldn't find house and just gave up on the order). Eating at the bar is alright but if you aren't doing that, I wouldn't order from here.Hate to see it as we use to frequent here often and now have found other places.
So a whole high school soccer team came in to celebrate four wins in a row tonight Not only was your staff so unorganized that food took forever, they lost half the teams orders and they never got made. There was people coming in that made orders for delivery that never came so they actually drove in to get their orders. This place was super cool when it opened. It’s sad to see no management and workers that don’t know what they are doing! Look at the rest of the reviews….sinking ship! ✌?
Food was not to bad but it seemed like it’s a restaurant that is slowly going out of business the guy behind the bar was very rude staff was ok on the food side . I hope the owners can turn it around or it probably won’t be around much longer
Marcos has been my go-to pizza place for years now but this last year I don't know if they've got new ownership, new management or what pizzas are taking extremely long to come to my house way over 2 hours, And they usually come undercooked where the cheese isn't even melted, this last round took 2 hours 15 minutes on a Thursday and this is how I received it ... Cheese stuck to the top of the box and my wings foam container looks like it got cookedMy time with Marcos is done now
