I drive 30 minutes just to come here! I absolutely love this place! The food is always cooked hot and fresh!!

Love this place! The Long John Silver's near my house closed down so when I get a hankering for Hush Puppies and/or Fish and Chips, I hit them up. Excelllent, friendly, staff! Give me just what I ask for, even if that is an "egregious amount" of malt vinegar to go with said fish and chips. If you're looking for a good fish fry place in Northern Denver, hit them up!
We drove from S Denver all the way to this location to eat and it was disappointing. The fish was dry and hard like if it had been fried again. They also gave us our order wrong even after it was repeated to us. I don't think we'll go there again.
We drove up from Castle Rock, for some Long John Silver's nostalgia! This is a nice location, nice clean building. Food was great, hush puppies were a tad greasy. Chicken was good, as was fish, shrimp, and crab cake. We dined in. I agree with others about counter help. We stood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, but when we were helped it was fast and friendly! Drive-thru seemed to be really staffed and efficient.
This restaurant WAS my childhood favorite until tonight. I'm at the front of the line, dude tells me to wait out front so he can make my food fresh, I agree to wait and I pull to the front. 25 minutes later and 6 cars get served and leave before I do, and the instant I go inside they put it together in 30 seconds. I felt invisible, my food was cold, and the brown haired boy at the front register literally passed me by 3 times on foot to give food to other customers before mine. I don't mind waiting, but being the first to arrive and last to leave with cold food ruined my appetite and my mood for the night. I never want to go back if that's how it's gonna be when I visit, I wouldn't go here if it was the last source of food on earth after today. Maybe I'll change my mind down the road but for now I'm set on never spending a dime there again because this whole experience was completely unacceptable. -2/5 stars, y'all are slacking bad.
It's no wonder there's only one left in Denver. This place has really gone done hill further and further over the last 2 years. Idk how theyve managed to stay open. Everything was seriously overcooked and the fish tasted so old, I couldn't even finish it. Not to mention, the order of clams has decreased in volume. And when the cashier was approached with this issue, we were told that they now come prepacked and they don't decide how much is given to the customer. What a joke.
The food was great. Service was good but when my son went to the counter to ask for more napkins staff ignored him. At first I was a little upset because they didn't seem to be busy, but with online and call in orders appearances can be deceiving.
Overly greasy, but still love their fish and chicken. Cole slaw is among my favorites. The best thing is that it is the only place you can get Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning. Awesome!
Last time I went I came in the drive thru 1st in line; but 25 minutes and 6 cars later I ask them why my food was taking so long and they slap a box together in like 30 seconds only for it to be cold when I get it. Worst experience ever I felt invisible, angry, and I lost my appetite as well as my desire to ever go back.
