Girl at the front desk was too busy flirting with the cook. Asked for a deep dish and a regular pepperoni she says we only have the extra most bestest which cost more and implies more pepperoni? All I know is she up charged me for it. Well anyway after waiting 20 minutes for my order she gives me a cheese pizza. I know it's fast food I don't expect much but at least know make sure your employees know how to read.

The girl at the register was rushing me with ok, anything else. So she could get back to goofing around. I waited for breadsticks and the guy in the back came around with breadsticks folding the bag while goofing around with workers. I was not given the extra sauce I paid for. I added it when the girl was like ok anything else. anything else and rush me out of there. So unprofessional. I will never go back in there or order take out.
Unfortunately, pizza was not freshly baked even if I ordered online. Kids left the pizza. This was second time in the last two months we habe had "not fresh baked pizza", very dissaointed.
Everytime my children and I come In, there is nothing hot and ready. We order pizza and bread and waited for over 40 mins. The manager lady Alice or something like that was EXTREMELY RUDE AND was acting like she was messing with our food. I said something to her and she told me If I don't like it there to go somewhere else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The new young staff are great and quick. I love the pep hot and ready and crazy combo. The extra pepperoni doesn't disappoint either. The brownie bites are out of the freezer and I'd rate a 4/10. Wings are good though!
Spent $16 on one pizza with delivery only to have the driver not bring me my full order and be told they use door dash and there’s “nothing they can do”. Pizza is so heavily seasoned it’s almost inedible, and there is no sauce on it. Money wasted, never again.

Apparently if there is a problem with your order, can't do something or anything else. They just can't do anything. I showed up "late" for my order thinking it will just be in the heater. Instead the Corp site let me order things they do not offer. No way to refund. Sure they can replace but you have to wait for it to cook. Telling me to call the 800 number when they don't work anymore doesn't work
If you haven't tried there new Batman pizza. You should it's really good. I have had 2 now. So give it a try before there goneThe service was good at this place as well.
Just came out of this location, this management needs to establish some rules or something because the crew that was there at 5:30pm lacked leadership and professionalism. They had the most aggressive music blaring at top volume, so loud you could hear it outside the door. And the cuss words were half the songs, my goodness! It's the dinner rush, people are coming in with children and such. I look to the back and this one kid is there head banging to the music over the food on the prep line. That can not be sanitary! I ended up unable to eat the pizza because I kept picturing the parmesan cheese as lice and dandruff and lost my appetite. GROSS!
