I forgot to explain my three star: i love Lamar's, but the customer service is sometimes sketchy. The person helping didn't really listen to us and just decided to ignore demands leading us to be frustrated and on my part super anxious. The store was busy, and employees were trying to help as many customers as they could but it was a mess. I didn't know what our place in line was, nor when the cashier would be available. We had drinks and donuts. My drink was the wrong size, i had to ask 3 times for milk substitute, finally was heard and been told you didn't have it (that's fine, I'll take a lactaid) i really wanted a coffee ? otherwise you guys are awesome and despite the few bad customers service, i would always come back. We all have bad and hard days!

All donuts from Lamar’s are consistently delicious. Some donut places have a few that are good, but I have gotten all kinds of donuts from here and each are super tasty.
Lamar's Donuts are the best anywhere. They are the size (large) of the donuts that use to be back in the day...theirs have not shrunk over time. YayThey have speciality donuts, that are also amazing. Long johns filled with Bavarian cream that are to die for. Fried cinnamon rolls are amazing too. I tried their med roast coffee this visit and that is some of the best coffee I have tasted. It has a smooth flavor, mild and bold are also available. I can only say they have THE best donuts ever! Enjoy!
I have been going here for along time. But today will be my last. The last few times the donuts are small and not what they used to be. Prices going up portions smaller. The two toned twist I always get. 1/3 the size today. One specialty donut and two cake donuts over 8.00. I am frustrated that our customer service and quality has to go down the drain not sure why.
Very good doughnuts with a wide variety of options! No gluten free options and limited coffee selection.
I never wanted to write a review because I kept thinking maybe it was just that one occasion, but now I've come here at least five times and left disappointed each time. I'll start with the only thing I like about this Lamar's, which is that they're never sold out by noon.So I recently picked up a box of assorted donuts and all of them were thin/small, overcooked and underfilled. They were so dry they were wrinkled and chewy, and I wondered if they were yesterday's donuts. Plus, long johns are supposed to take up the length of the box, not the width. Even a bag of two donuts is supposed to feel heavy.Chipotle, which originated in Colorado, is consistent no matter which state you have it in. So why can't Lamar's do the same? I'm embarrassed that people in CO eat these donuts, thinking it's actual Lamar's. The whole staff needs to take a trip to Kansas City and see why the OG shops have lines out the door, even on a weekday.

Great donuts: enjoyed the blueberry cake donut, regular glazed and the bear claw! All were delicious! Great service! Had their light roast coffee-tasted ok nothing to brag about. The donuts are pretty pricey.
Well...it's January 12th again and time to get my daughters favorite donuts for her birthday.I walk into the store at 6AM and I get worried that I don't see any "cherry glazed donuts with sprinkles", I start to panic and suddenly from the back a young lady walks out and asks me how I can help her.Who was this young lady...none other than the amazingly helpful and cheery Sydney! I explain what I was looking for and she said....NO PROBLEM, WE'LL MAKE THEM FOR YOU IN A SEC!I have to say that Sydney was awesome, and you could tell she had a big smile under her mask.Thank you Sydney for making my daughters day!
