Was charged almost $30.. make the hour drive home not thinking to double check after having to wait for my food to be brought out, was missing an entire meal.

Place rips you off dried nasty tenders. Biscuits sit for hours. Think the colonel spinning in his casket. I do think they are smoking magic weed. Never heard a response from owner.i deleted my 3 page response. Now it will be addressed at corporate level. So owner eat your nasty chicken.really you don't care! But we will see.how do you stay in bussiness ripping people off. You owner are trash. Working on corporate complaint now. Who cares right.
The staff can answer any questions you have and our food came out quickly and warm and tasted good. I would have given 5 stars, but i thought it was strange that when I asked about a menu item they told me we could only order it online for pickup, but we were already there so we couldn't order it.
I was sad to find out that this location does not carry the baked chicken any longer. I am not sure if all KFCs are cutting this, but I will have to look around to find out.I do like that this location also has a Long John Silver's, so we can dine in or take out from one place, even if not eveyrone wants to eat chicken.
Order was wrong and I didnt get a receipt. Spent over $40 for disappointment.
Haven’t been in so long to this location and had ordered online for their “quick pick up”. They shouldn’t call it quick if they ignore their customers. Waited over 15 minutes for our food.
I was so hopeful after our last visit that this store was getting better. Tonight was a huge disappointment. After spending over $40 I'm missing half my order. Don't have a receipt to fill out a survey (I'm sure that's the purpose of not having a receipt) and I just can't turn around and go back.
You would be amazed at how their fried chicken tastes like it had Kentucky seasoning added to it.

I went there for Long John Silvers, the manager there was helpful, sweet, and made me feel like I was her friend in 2 minutes. Best place I have been for fast food.
