Stopped at the KFC for a break between son's basketball game and they asked us to go park out front for order. 20 minutes goes by and still no food. Husband went in well they gave our food to someone else! Then they are rude when I ask what can we get for now having to wait 35 minutes for them to remake it!

Pulled into the drive in place my order, pulled up to the window and paid... then sat for 10mins then the younger heavy girl working the window, proceeded to open the window and go "can i help you with something?" In an arrogant tone... to which I replied, "yes my food? And could i get some honey and butter?" To which she goes oh sorry I forgot lmao maybe don't smoke so much before you go to work
I always go there and never was disappointed until last night but when I called and complained oh man they went even further then they usually do as a work duty but they fixed the problem and then some beautiful i tell you they deserve the best!
My friend and I went through the drive through, ordered our food, they forgot a receipt. And on the sign right by the door, says if we forget your receipt, your meal is free. So we waited until someone came back to the door. My friend asked if her meal is free, went and got the Manager, who gave us the DIRTIEST look I’ve ever seen on a human. And she said do you want a refund then. Of course she said yes, and she slammed the door.. we were both in complete shock that, that just happened. Came back gave her, her card and then SLAMMED the door again but even worse! Couldn’t believe it! Never in my life have I ever seen customer service this bad. Sorry but you shouldn’t take it out on the customer when your employee made the mistake and there’s a SIGN on your building..
went through the drive thru, ordered the 10 piece meal. Paid, and was informed because they had a rush; they didn't have enough chicken. So, I was offered an additional side.
It was great, it was our first stop to get something to eat on our adventures road trip to Arizona.
Only 3 stars because one they forgot that I was sitting waiting for my food and I had to go back to the drive thru to tell them I was waiting. The lady walked out who looked like the manager and saw us but never asked us if we were waiting for something. Only good thing is they did give me stuff for free for waiting that long.
The food was okay, the service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
My fries were half full. They were cold and old. And chicken was old
Usually have a good experience here. But today drive thru lady had an attitude, food was cold wen I got home(live 5 min away) & my luke-warm fries were half full..
