Came in on a Weds and even though they were super busy our waiter was extremely fast and courteous and made sure we didn't get our order stuck behind the larger birthday parties. Added bonus kids eat free on Wednesdays so that was a nice little extra. Food was delicious, drinks were good, will def be coming back again soon. Excellent experience
We arrived near 2PM, so, not busy then. A cheerful young lady named Meagan seated us, took our order, w/ a few suggestions. We didn't wait too long for the food to arrive, but, had time to chat a bit with her. A meal is always more enjoyable when you're relaxed. We ordered what amounted to "lots", enjoyed every thing we ate, & carried the rest home. Prices were reasonable, food was very good, & the service was exceptional.Thank you
we were 5 minutes early for our reservation and were seated right away which was nice, but we sat there for 30 min and not a single worker came up to our table. I even got up once and told the hostess that we we still waiting, but still no one came to our table.
Great Fatherâs Day dinner, great food, great service and fabulous server!
Food was cold. Forgot half the ingredients in the salad. Took 6 bucks off the ticket.
Watched the bus girl steal a customer's phone from the table and then deny it. I alerted thr waitress but when the customer came back, they told him they couldn't find it. What a shame to have thieves working there.
Took over an hour to get our food. Had to beg for check. Mind you we sat down at 745. Waited til almost 9 for our food, of course an entire entree was missing. Finally got check at 922 pm. Only thing that is semi decent is the steampots. Other than that it is all fried beyond recognition.
Even on a Friday evening, we walked right in and were seated. No wait. The Steampot was great. Brook, one of the bartenders, made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal.
Meh....Not impressed at all. We ordered the sampler platter and Captains platter, and another platter. The food was not hot...just warm. The server gave us hot fries after but everything else was cool. Will be going somewhere else next time.
Our server was never around. The prices didn't match what I expected to get for food. It was unfortunate but would be willing to try again at some point
