This store is so dirty and nasty. They had a bag of sandwich meat oozing liquid all over the counter where they cut up vegetables. Tomatoes were overripe and soggy but they still put them in my sandwich. The whole store needs a deep clean, including tables, floors and SPECIALLY THE KITCHEN/PREPPING area which is cluttered with plastics, grease, and liquid stuff all over floors and counters. Do yourself a favor and go get something from the dollar menu at Mc Donald. I don’t say this lightly: call the sanitation department.

I made an online order ETA said about 30 mins. Every time I checked it kept saying it was going to be another 10 mins. I waited an hour and a half before I called the store and canceled my order. I was advised I would be refunded and have yet to receive the refund. I reached out to door dash and they said they couldn’t assist with the refund.
Franchise is great but when a store is lazy they flop. Fix your stores online location so we can order basic sandwiches it isnt hard if you dont want to make a turkey sandwich then idk go become some CEO otherwise do your job its literally making sandwiches
Don't even bother the sandwiches are cold..all of them..no salt no pepperno onionsno mustard no pickles no peppers.Awful ..not worth your monet or calories.Over $9 for a double meat roast beef.Awful dull cold nothing on it except for shredded lettuce one small thin sliced tomato it's awful nevermind

The online ordering system scheduled our delivery for the day after we selected and duplicated our order. I called the store and spoke to Sonia and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure one of our orders got delivered and the other one voided so we didn't get the duplicate charge. Great customer service! Thank you!!
Yesterday my Husband and I ordered food there.. We paid with our debit card. It said approved. The guy said it didn't work. We questioned it. They insisted it didn't charge. I checked while we were eating there. Sure enough two exact same charges on our bank account. . The wouldn't reverse it and said it would fall off our account today. Well it isn't pending anymore and both charges are still on there. The girl there rolled her eyes when I asked to reverse 2nd charge. So I paid 27.62 twice for two small sandwiches two drinks and two bags of chips. I could have been waited on at a decent restaurant for that price. Now I have to dispute with my bank. All because one girl was too lazy to reverse charges. We were the only people in there. Horrible customer service.
Would give 0 if I could. What happened to the one guy you use to have? I come all the time cause they were fast, I had my order before I left the register most of the time now. I believe his name was Duane he was awesome now they're just freaky slow. I might as well go to the one a few blocks away. This place will no longer get my business. Just ridiculous!
Yesterday I watched two of your employees bring the men on the corner with signs saying they were hungry food and this made my day. Your parents should be so very proud. Good job guys.
