Horrible service. Very rude people! Especially that ginger lady with tattoos. It was my first time and I was the only person in line. 3 of the workers huddled up, looked at me, and laughed. After 10 minutes, one of them came to me and asked if I anyone had gotten my order when I was the only person. He tried to help get my order started, but was too distracted with his Bluetooth speaker. So he left and another employee had to help. The 2nd person was okay. Went to pay and that guy purposely made sure I couldn't understand him. He was the 3rd person that huddled up.They were still making my sandwich and that's when that lady yelled. What do you want. I said the exact items on the menu. She continued yelling saying, "ONIONS, TOMATOES, BACON"! I'm not sure if it was a racist motive or not but I will never come here again. I was so upset I was going to smash my sandwich on the ground and leave. DO NOT COME HERE.

I cannot believe the complete lack of organization and urgency that we experienced at this store. Two employees were standing behind the counter leaning while we waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches. And then when we finally got them, one was not only the complete wrong sandwich, it didn’t have any lettuce, cheese, tomatoes nothing. We had to wait an additional ll 10 minutes for our order to be taken even when we were the first in the line. This was because the woman taking orders wasn’t at the register, she was slicing meet while attempting to take orders while the other two kids behind the counter just stood and watched. When we finally got the “corrected” sandwich, it had the wrong sauce on it. This store needs to reevaluate their efficiency and their customer service.

So we ordered 4 sandwiches two Philly cheesesteaks one with no onions or pepper they put extra onions. The other no peppers. They can’t follow simple orders and they were closed by the time we got home. It’s an allergy. So thanks your not worth $15 dollars and hour if you can’t make a sand-which right.

Is the Orchard Parkway location of Jersey Mike's closed for good? I stopped in yesterday, a Wednesday during posted store hours and it was packed up, no lights and locked. Saw another customer try the door as well with no luck. My experience at this location was average, minor issues but overall fine, but it would be a dissapointment if it closed.
Bad experience when ordering my Sub. This was my first time ordering at this place and my last. When I order my Sub I wasn't asked if I wanted everything on my Sub so when my Sub was being prepared this is when I told them that I didn't want cheese I was told that I should have indicated this when I placed my order. This also happen to the lady behind me. She wasn't asked and had to be corrected. The lady taking the order should have been better at asking us if we wanted everything on it.
The staff are very nice and friendly. The store very clean and well kept and the food is 10/10
