Fast and friendly. Recommend the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak. Best sub, hoagie, hero I’ve had in a long time.
Worst experience I've had in food establishments.Delayed order for more than 40 minutes, while preparing the same order for people who came after me.Whilst most employees were understandably frustrated and seemingly overworked, the attitude and snappy responses they were providing me and other customers just shows they care not for their customer service.Don't bother eating here. Plenty of other places next to this establishment.
Whoever was working tonight on 10/29, a female and a male, good job! Keep your head up and keep working hard! Despite all the frustrated customers you had tonight, you still managed to smile. I felt so bad that I was about to come in the back and help you out myself.I ordered online at 6:45 and showed up at 7:00 for pick up only to see that my order hadn't even been started. There were several other people inside waiting for their orders and only two employees in the shop. There were a slew of online/DoorDash/UberEats orders on the counter and the two employees were rushing around, doing the best they could to keep up with them on top of the walk in orders.The third employee, like WAY too many employees nowadays, decided not to show up and who knows where the manager was, but someone needed to step up and help them out! I could instantly assess the situation when I walked in and knew that getting frustrated and becoming rude would not have helped anything, but instead made things worse for those poor employees. They kept calm and remained as upbeat as they could considering the situation. Please know that you were seen and I hope your weekend goes much better than your Friday night. Great work ethic which is rare these days! Our sandwiches were delicious!
Ordered online and I came at the time I was supposed to. When I waiting to tell the employees my name I was ignored for a few minutes so I figured they were still working on my order. I sat down for close to 10 minutes then I walked up and asked about my food. I was told they didn’t know because they had a lot of orders (there was only 2 others there ordering in person) 2 seconds later she grabbed a bag that was sitting the whole time I waited. My food was done this entire time. I’ll go to the Jersey Mike’s father away for better customer service
Ordered a single sandwich online, showed up a few minutes after they asked me to arrive, and they had barely started making it. After telling the staff my name and being told they were currently making it, the staff didn't communicate with each other. Once the sandwich was finished, it was wrapped and put in a bag on the counter instead of giving it to me, so then had to get back in line to remind them i was already in the store. The sandwich was great, but the customer service was lacking.
3 time this week i’ve shown up at this jersey mikes at 8pm even 7:30 one day and no workers were there the place was closed to spite there hours being 10-9. absolutely unacceptable

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s in Colorado and I cannot say it was good because that is a understatement. This was fantastic, wonderful food and the best customer service I have ever received in any restaurant environment ever. Our cashier David was extremely nice, and the girl working and the other nice man also working the meat counter were some of the nicest employees you could ever ask for. Will be back for plenty more delicious subs in the future.
This place is great. The food is great. They made it spicy just how I like. My buddy Francisco always takes good care of me. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
