My roast beef sandwich was sopping wet, and the meat literally looked like a woman’s body part.. it grossed me out so bad. My fiancé had the same experience with his turkey sandwich as well. They also failed to follow our online instructions. I work for a restaurant myself and I am just appalled that special instructions were missed. The gentleman on the phone was very short and barely addressed our issue. We would like a refund asap. The order is under Jacob D for 5/28/2022.
Ordered pickup for 6:08 PM, picked two up sandwiches at 6:09PM and they were so soggy the bread was thin as paper and mush. They were inedible and one of them we even asked for no juice. Roast beef was slimy and pink, very disappointing as normally this is our favorite sandwich spot. Not too sure I will be returning now. Called for a refund and they were very friendly at least, which I appreciated a lot.
There's no 'Help Wanted' sign posted here but they need one since their current staff is so lame. Pushy, arrogant, disrespectful. The old woman putting the toppings on was so *in to everybody else's business* she was making mistakes/having to ask twice/making unneeded suggestions. I had to correct her 3-times. At long last, my sandwich came out pretty good. Not sure it was worth the aggravation.Unrelated: this location is way, way, way too close to a Drury Inn.
Stopped by today and had a great lunch because of the food but the staff were also pretty great! They had great suggestions for sandwiches that were outside of what we typically ate. When we weren’t feeling like we wanted to be adventurous they had suggestions for our sandwich that made it feel just a bit newer. Thanks guys for what you do!

Avoid at all costs. “Domminiq” the self proclaimed “manager” hung up the phone on me when I called to discuss my feedback after telling me I was lying about stale bread. Horrible customer service & food.Save your money and time!! They serve stale food
The bread was not hot but cold. No choice of cheese otherwise veggie sub was just average. A packet of chips at $1.50 is very expensive. Nice to get a drink free as this way first visit to this store. Store was not busy but clean.
