They ROCK! They accidentally forgot my 4 fries ( it was a large order) and of course I was home. Called and they delivered them with a smile.. seriously McDucks take note! I’m going to let head quarters know because they should be recognized! Thanks you sweet people ❤️

Closed the grill an hour and a half early and claimed to not serve what is supposed to be all day breakfast. Two OTHER cars in line had to wait 20 minutes to even exit the line after getting denied service. I do not recommend this Jack’s.
Those 4 guys were working short staffed, And still you're awesome with their service. Of course late night lunches are always an ultimate fave. But it's even better when you can share a laugh and it smile and hopefully makes someone tonight a little bit better. I appreciate you hard working Jack and Jack and the crack employees. That shake and those Mini curiosity on God were so fire!
Their cashier doesn't know what she is doing. Doesn't pay attention to details. I ordered a double jack burger with just cheese ketchup and pickles. She even put no burger patty.. REALLY!!!!!Heck for that matter she should have put no bun either.. UGH said easy lettuce on my tacos. They put normal amount.. They didn't give any taco sauce or condiments with our order.. She can't even handle giving customers their drinks when she makes them wait for their food to be brought out. Then the person bringing food out is having to go in and out multiple times to get the customers their complete orders. ????? If she doesn't know what to do she should not handle point of sale solo. WOW SHE COULDN'T EVEN GET MY DRINK RIGHT. I ASKED SPECIFICALLY FOR MINUTEMAID ZERO BECAUSE I AM DIABETIC. AND THE DUMB BROAD GAVE ME REGULAR LEMONADE. CAN'T EVEN ENJOY MY DRINK. ???????

I just got fired from this Jack in the box, was wrongfully terminated, I've never came in late. I've never stolen anything I just did my job has as a maintenance man. Before I started working there nobody cleaned the place at all nor washed their hands when they were cooking food. I fixed the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom that was always broken I made sure that they had hand soap so they could be able to wash their hands before they came back and started cooking food. The store manager Elma was talking behind my back to her husband and the belittling me in front of customers this is no place to work for anyone.
Tacos were better than other places they could have been fresh instead of heat lamp warmed., That is why the rating is low.
The crew on Thursday March 31, 2022 needs a raise. They were funny and great service. Plus the food was good ?
The lady on drive through in the morning was nice at first but once I kept ordering she gave me attitude. I had made myself clear about my order and she kept asking the same question. The cook decided to give me some old French fries that I can barley bite into them. The fact that they knew they weren’t good and still decided to give them to me. Wasn’t the first time this has happened with the morning crew.
They tried to charge me before I finished giving my order in the drive thru. The bags were also ripped with the stuff falling out. BOTH bags!. I'm pretty sure they rushed and shoved stuff in there causing it to rip in the process BECAUSE some of the food was also missing. Which I had to go back for. The food was also cold and the milkshake wasn't even blended. There was no line to wait in so there shouldn't be any reason to rush and mess up as drastically as they did. I'm pretty sure this specific jack in the box doesn't know what there doing cus apparently they have done this before.They could've done better. I've had better. But they chose to rush and not properly do there job. not worth the time or the money. Do better!
