Service was great. The fajitas were AWFUL. The onions were totally burnt; only a few green peppers pieces and sliced microwaved frozen grilled chicken patty on top. If your offering south of the border menu know how to cook it. Oh and the guacamole didn't look fresh was starting to brown
We stopped in for a late evening, get out of the house, socializing. I don't remember our waitress's name but she was perfect. Great sense of humor, perfect amount of attention.
Overall just a nice experience. Went Sunday morning brunch, had the steak and eggs sunny side up. A friend had the breakfast burrito. The portions were good size. The coffee was a little weak, the bloody Mary and mimosas were on point. They accommodated our party of 6 no problem. Plenty of space near the front. Pool tables and plenty of tv’s to watch the game. Thanks!
Big place, fun atmosphere. Lots of tvs. Wait staff was great. Food was cooked well and the salad had good, fresh produce in it. Only downside is a lot of customers smoke cigarettes right outside the door and you have to walk through them to get in, and it then let's the smell inside the restaurant.
I'm sorry but this place is absolute garbage. I've been here several times over the past couple of weeks. Garbage customer service, nobody goes here -Went on a Sunday night cause Google said it's the popular place Sunday nights (good job Google - glad they pay to be ranked)Bartender IGNORED us (there were about 8 ppl there), acted like she was too good for us, told me if I wanted to play pool I had to go to the ATM to get $1... Garbage. Never going back and it's unfortunate cause all they had to do was act like they cared that they got some freaking customers. Pathetic, Great job team
Great Tavern to get out and have some fun at! They have bands here, with an amazing stage. The staff are very friendly and the prices reasonable. They have pool tables and dart boards here as well.
Wife and I walked in with our 15 month old on a Thursday afternoon. We had some time to kill and thought we'd give it a shot. Sign up front said seat yourself. Sat at a table and no one came in the first 10 minutes. Got up and got our own menus so we could see what they had. Three construction guys came in and sat behind us. Someone appeared within 60 seconds, asked them how they were doing and took their drink order. I thought they'd definitely come to us after, but they disappeared as quickly as they appeared. We walked out and gave a chain restaurant our business. Will never give this place a second thought.
Hoffbrau Breakfast burrito has tater tots instead of hash browns. For over a decade, I have been going to Hoffbrau for breakfast burritos. Last weekend, my breakfast burrito was filled with Tater tots and very little egg. When I questioned the waiter, he brought me a menu and said, “the menu doesn’t say what kind of potatoes.” Don’t order breakfast burritos. Hoffbrau used to have good food and good wait staff. No longer.
Staff are absolutely horrible. They don’t communicate to each other. They are rude when are you being polite. They don’t care to help you. I’ve never had myself or groups of friends had our IDs checked 5 times to get in then at the bar. Along side with the servers not serving us but checking our table for A1 sauce or ketchup randomly but didn’t check other tables. I thought that they had to come check our ids again. I really wonder why we were treated so poorly, even after we were polite after their miscommunication about our table.
Is this a country music venue? Spent night with food listening to ROCK band Aural Deception. A winner all around! Katie is best lead singer in Denver metro.
