Worst service ever our last 3 orders have been shorted either sandwiches or our fries We tried to call but no one answers the phone Tonight we tried to make a complaint and was told to “f”off no manager on duty
Used to b affordable place to eat price increase order not compleat was asked if ketchup,mustard was to b included. BUT was not in bag &Place was not even busy. Poor service
We went through drive-thru and we were the only car there &they still made us wait about 5 minutes or so to take our order.
The wait was very long in the drive thru. no indoor dining food was good and Hot just the wait was very long.
I love the hamburger stand off federal but this one is absolutely horrible, bad service, wrong food, wouldn’t replace order nothing
Everytime we go here they skimp on chilli and cheese the fries are always a small amount also! I've even ordered extra and still not like they used to be before they had plenty of chilli and cheese.

Every time I give you a chance you mess my order up. How does a hamburger stand not get three bacon cheeseburgers correct? That’s what you sell all day plus some bacon, how hard is that? You gave me chili fries, one comes in wrappers, the other a cardboard box. Can I give you some money next time to just let me come in and work the hot grill for a minute and cook and bag my own burgers?
