This place is so short staffed they often aren't open on their own posted hours! Friday night at 7pm? prime time, closed, with crude signs out front.
Walked up to take out window and waited for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. No sign was up stating takeout window was closed. Left without ordering.
People inside and refusing to take orders an hour before closing time. Poor service all around.
The worst 30 dollars I've ever spent. The cheese burger deluxe was just a burger and wilted lettuce and a piece of onion. The fish sandwich was dry with once again wilted lettuce. And the shakes tasted bad and cheap. The chocolate malts had no malt but didn't forget to charge the extra. The first and last time I will go to Good Times Westminster or probably any of them.
Chris was beyond kind, very professional and efficient as well. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend recognizing him for going above and beyond.
We are regulars here on a more than once a week basis. The girl at the window for breakfast was so sweet and so kind. We asked her name and she said Jaime and that she was a new manager there although it seemed as though she had been there for years. Good Times has quite an asset with her as her customer service was amazing and she was so friendly. Also our burritos this morning were better than usual and they are always good. We have family coming in and can't wait to have them try the breakfast burritos. Keep it up Good Times.
This good times was awful today. Waited outside 15 minutes before even acknowledged to even order. Then waited another 15 minutes on food and it wasn’t even the correct order. The cashier had serious attitude and clearly hates her job. Super unfriendly and poorly managed.
Drove thru on Valentine's Day. Asked for extra chocolate hearts & received a cup full. Awesome!
Long time resident and first time visitor to a Good Times. Honestly, I was blown away. The politeness of the employees was top notch. They acted very happy to be there and were helpful navigating the menu and answering questions for a first timer. My son was given a small ice cream cone on the house for ordering so politely. Our order was basic, small kids cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger and two fries (basic and the spiced) The food took about 8 minutes and came out near perfect. Fries made that crisp yet juicy sound when you bit in. Burgers were darn near commercial looking in presentation and cooked perfectly. I wish we lived closer to this spot. Whoever runs the joint, the crew on January 9 at open was doing an awesome job and you should let them know this.
This good times is amazing. We had to wait a second for an item and was given a complimentary ice cream! My girlfriends hangry self was soooo excited! Thank you Chris for your service. 10/10 completely satisfied.
