Ordered take out. Got home and discovered that much of the order was wrong. One order was missing the rice side, and one order was completely wrong (it was some kind of build-your-own chicken taco plate vs the steak burrito we ordered). Beans were overcooked, under seasoned, and cold. In fact, everything was a bit cold and under seasoned. A very disappointing meal, especially considering the cost.
Went into the Fuzzy’s the other day with a couple Old Friends to catch the Aves game. Since the last time I was in there it seems that there is some new management taking place. Amber (I think was her name) was making sure Things were Run very smoothly and you could tell that she and others really cared about their customers and their experience. Definitely will be back.
Last night, June 8, my husband and I had dinner and drinks at Fuzzys on 120th in Westminster.I have a dairy allergy so I frequently am disappointed when the food comes and there’s cheese on my food when I ordered ‘no cheese’. Happens everywhere.Well, it happened again. But……. This experience was different. Simply amazing actually. The person who brought my food out could see I was visibly upset and apologized profusely. She brought out my correct food with the General Manager, Amber, who apologized for what had happened and took the food total off our bill. What great customer service. She went above and beyond to please us. Will definitely be back.
The food is good but every time we come here the servers/bartenders are incredibly rude. Just this last time we ordered food from the counter and then preceded to sit at the bar because most of the tables with good tv viewing options were taken. (Understandably). NHL playoffs. One of the bartenders asked us what we would be drinking and we informed him that we had ordered from the main counter. He said that next time we should order from him so he can get the tip and preceded to ignore us the rest of the visit. Incredibly rude.
I'm one of the many regulars here, and lately, this place has gone completely downhill. The "manager" doesn't feel the need to schedule anyone or order anything? Today there is a singular teenager running the entire front of house--who is killing it, btw--because they didn't schedule anyone else to help her. The other day, the didn't have anyone in the kitchen after 10am because no one was scheduled. A cheese stick wearing a hat would be a more competent manager than this clown. This is in a higher income area with dozens of regulars and they aren't even trying to keep this place running. Well done.
I have over seven years restaurant experience, used to love coming here and today is my birthday. Today I had to walk out talking to the manager because our order was messed up because the cashier dude was annoyed to take a four tops order (messed it up entirely) went to talk to the manager and was completely condescending to my girlfriend where I had to walk mid conversation and the bartenders got so overwhelmed they couldn’t handle the rails or the well. To the GM these are the people you trust on a Saturday night? Terrible experience
I delivered one of their orders via DoorDash, and the waitress/server was quick to ask if I needed help. She finished with her first customer, and then asked me if I needed help. I guess patience in today's world pays off. Super nice lady, super nice chefs, clean restaurant. Can't wait to try their food some day!Just from this first visit, I'd love to rate 6/5 stars if I could. One star extra just because of the friendliness of the staff.
My sister & I come to this location specifically to see Landri!! We love the tacos & margaritas but if it wasn't for her being here we wouldn't be so excited to stop by!! If I owned my own restaurant I would do whatever it took to keep her happy! You guys are extremely lucky to have her, she is absolutely wonderful!! We appreciate you & all of your hard work & love coming here to see you Landri!
Person taking our order was disinterested in my wife's questions about the menu. Had to correct the order before payment, they still provided incorrect items (we took them to-go so found out at home). Her quesadilla was barely above taco bell quality. My burrito was chicken instead of beef and was extremely salty, the rice seemed processed. Left me with a stomach ache two hours later. Will not eat here again.
Here now and the one star is for the ordering lady, very nice. Astood at bar 5 mins looked at twice and ignored even with me gesturing I needed help. Has her shirt half off her shoulder snoozing with customers. Third time was the charm when I said May I please get a rag to wipe the table as she tries to ignore me again. Yeah I’ll send some one over. 10 mins no one and my food has come up to go get. Food is $9 and tiny salad. Not what it use to be. Do t come.
