Girl who did my daughters order was halfway out the door and forgot her whip cream, the fan is blowing right on these people while working all over the condiments for ice cream, they look like they don’t shower regularly. Hardly any indoor seating.The price was $21+ for two mediocre ice creams. Would not recommend
Require masks at a time when it’s not required by state, county or local municipality. Why put up a barrier to your customers that can only be seen as negative? Won’t be giving you our business or money. Guess your small business is doing just fine you can institute additional rules. Hopefully others will decide not to give you their business as well.
Delicious, unique take on ice cream! TONS of topping/mix-in options. The owner was really nice and you could tell she put a lot of thought into the menu, especially the seasonal specials. 10/10 definitely go!
Maybe Its my fault I should have read the reviews about the notoriously terrible customer service first before going. If you require your customers to wear masks then try and have some available. BTW when a customer walks in and a two of the employees working put their masks on it’s sorta misleading on what the actual “policy” is. Good luck to this small business.
Awesome ice cream and phenomenal customer service. Would probably eat here everyday if I lived closer! I tell everyone I know about it though. I also love how they are always coming up with awesome new flavors!
Stopped in with a friend for a frozen treat. Fresh ingredients mixed in front of you with unique presentation. I love the favorites and seasonal flavors! Affordable ice cream cups that are sure to fulfill your taste buds. Do remember to bring your mask.
Amazing ice cream and amazing staff. I see many one start reviews complaining about having to wear a mask. Honestly I dont wanna be around those people anyways. The ice cream here is spectacular! The staff is friendly and always super nice! I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! Come check out frozen spirals!
This place is the coolest! The ice cream is delicious and presented beautifully and the service is amazing! I also love that I can come here knowing the business cares about the health and safety of their staff and customers. Will be back soon!
Best ice cream and best customer service. Glad they are requiring masks, we’ll never beat covid without them! If you don’t want to wear a mask, don’t go and don’t complain about people trying to stay healthy.
This place is pretty amazing especially considered its family owned. They're doing their best to protect not only their staff, but their team.The ice cream is pretty amazing too, the way that rolls on the plate....can I get a HOYAHHHHH
