This place is the worst. I ordered a dozen donuts and these are supposed to be jelly and Boston cream donuts. There is nothing in them. Not too mention I waited for 30 minutes and the car ahead of me had to ask the car in front of him to pull out so he could leave. Bad experience all around. I wasted my money.
I usually LOVE this place...but right now im very disappointed. I ordered a medium coffee and I got ripped off with them putting it halfway. I spent $5 for a half a cup of coffee and I can't even go back since I stopped by on my way to work. Being a teacher with barely any coffee is not ideal and this was very disappointing to start my day off. I'm hoping the manager makes this right being that I come here often.
I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE entering the drive thru. I waited for over thirty minutes. They didn't have bacon or hash browns, and they didn't toast the bread for my sandwich. How does a breakfast restaurant not have its basic menu items?Do yourself a favor, skip this place. It's not worth the aggravation.
When I drove up to the drive thru At 7 this morning a women on the speaker said the store wasn't opening until 7:30. I asked why she was there and she said they were still "setting up". The hours online say they should be open at 5AM, THEY HAD 2 HOURS TO "SET UP".This is ridiculous and I will never come here again.Not only because of this incident but there have been many times where my MOBILE order was just plain wrong, they do not know how to frost donuts at this location, the food is poorly cooked, AND I once waited 30 MINUTES in the drive thru because there is no way to leave the drive thru line once someone pulls behind you (very horrible design). This Dunkin and the Dunkin in Edgewater have both been very disappointing so I guess I will just have to find a new quick coffee stop. It is just a little sad because I am from Chicago and I go here to get a little "back home nostalgia" but not anymore.Long story longer, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
This franchise is so horribly run, I have no idea how they were allowed to open the franchise and tarnish the name of Dunkin. They are always out of donuts and even when they do have donuts they are STALE. Drinks get made wrong all the time too. Yeah, I get there is a labor shortage but this is not a part of that, it's the Managers job to train what employees they do have and it doesn't seem like it's being done here very well. Stay AWAY!
Online and on store window it says the store would be open at 5AM, however we got there this morning at 5:25AM and went through the Drive Thru and no one responded. Then we tried to get in the store and all the lights were on and the donuts were out but no one to be seen and the door was locked. Very disappointed, I know staffing is short right now but they should let people know online or on their store if they aren’t able to open on time.
Just went and picked up a sausage egg and cheese croissant and the sausage is litterally hard and stale tasting. I wish I could upload a picture of this thing. Avoid this dunkin at all costs.....
I stop here about twice a month and I think because my visits are infrequent, I don't understand why my orders aren't correct. Let me order a chocolate glazed donut, I get a chocolate CAKE donut with a white glaze. Is the order that difficult? Does the staff nit know what a chocolate glazed donut is? The GLAZE is CHOCOLATE, NOT the donut. Hello!!!!
Sat Unacknowledged in the drive through for several minutes. They were out of most bagels and almost all donuts (11am).. bagels I expect, but donuts are in the name of the business.I’ve ordered the same exact drink for years from many locations in America. This is the first time it tasted awful and I had to ask them to add stuff. They didn’t put enough cream or any flavoring in, even after asking for more.Bagel was doughy and not toasted well. Barely any cream cheese.Sausage egg and cheese croissant was slapped together and cold.Not my usual experience from DD. Maybe it’s the location/area.
Very nice location. Workers very nice. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't have black tea bags but I had my own and they were happy to make me my tea! Great customer service.
