I love this Dunkin! Great products and the staff makes the experience 'top notch.' Kudos to whoever is doing the training. No matter who mans the window, or what time of day, I find them pleasant and polite. I love their refreshers!

Staff lacked professionalism. Asked for certain donuts that were in sight and were told they were out, simply left because I didn’t want to make a big deal but after my departure I heard both workers bust in laughter which confirmed they were just messing with another customer. Quite disappointed with their staff.
Will Never Go Back.Went through the drive through and staff member was short with a poor attitude.I ordered a variety order of the Munchies. Before leaving the parking lot I checked the order and they were rock hard with next to no variety.I went back through the drive through since their lobby was closed to ask for fresh donuts with specific flavors that they did not include. They said that they do not have any fresh donuts and they will not make any. I asked about the flavors that were not included and they said they’re out.I will never be back and feel that my money was wasted.Poor service. Poor product. Poor willingness to help.
Lobby is always closed and when they let you in by error they are very rude. Told me to leave in rude tone that lobby was closed, they only had two staff. Last three times did not have filled donuts, coffee given was stale and luke warm when went through drive up.
The manager here was so very sweet and understanding. I had a horrible experience at a completely different Dunkin' and she fixed my order and refused to let me pay. Explained to me how I could let someone know what happened to me and was just so nice. I come here whenever I get coffee as my treat after physical therapy or a really bad day. So I know these people and I drove 40 minutes to come where I knew I could get good coffee and smiling faces. I have never had to wait long or seen it be dirty here. I can't recommend this Dunkin' enough! If you are in the area swing by for some excellent tasting coffee and smiling faces and good attitudes!
Extremely frustrated. I ordered from DoorDash and my name is written in big letters on the delivery bag with my receipt taped to it, and still somehow I received somehow else’s drink instead of my own and all of my food was missing. I called and they told me I need to report it through DoorDash and then I would be able to order the items again for free, but I still had to pay the taxes, delivery free, and driver tip again so I lost money because of their obvious mistake.
First they were out if espresso today. Ok, no worries. I ordered 2 chocolate sprinkled donuts and a chocolate croissant. Paid got my one bag (thought all items out be together). Start driving off and my daughter says her croissant is not in there. Wait in drive through line presented by attitude when I mentioned they for got mu croissant. Get the window got another bag. And the chocolate croissant is seriously unsolvable standards for ANY restaurant. You should be ashamed of your service tod. I would love to send the photos I took of the product.
I usually pick up Starbucks or Ziggi's coffee but when I passed by this store I thought what the heck, DD is supposed to have amazing coffee, so I stopped. Yuk! About 1/2 mile after I left the drive through I tasted my coffee--it was lukewarm at best, so I tossed it. Don't know if it was just this store but how in the world does a coffee/donut shop end up with lukewarm coffee???? Guess I'm back to Starbucks and Ziggi's.
Absolutely the worst DD I’ve been to in this state. I travel a lot for work and if you checked my app you would see how many free drinks and how much money I actually spend at dunkins. I have had a few bad experiences at this particular location, but this is the last I will visit that location. Ordered a bagel sandwich, no one behind me so there should be no rush. The sandwich was so disgusting I took one bite and almost threw up. The bread wasn’t even toasted, I mean it tasted like dough with a sprinkle of Dish Soap. I have never written a review in my life but I’m tired of spending hard earned money on things such as this. I would absolutely never return to this location
DD is my Favorite. Always coffee, and now my new favorite, avocado toast. Unfortunately, like most other places of business, they are short handed and training new people. The past few weeks I am seeing the same people and my iced coffee is made right the first time.
