I ordered a large hot chai and got a small warm milk in a large cup. This is honestly some of the most disrespectful thing to do for a delivery order. I wouldn't recommend every ordering from this dunkin'. I would recommend finding the worst Starbucks in the area and go there instead.

They are always so kind. I understand the whole world is short staffed. They still do an amazing job. I actually drive past 2 sbux to get to this dunkin! Keep being great and thanks for putting up with people. Not all of us are karens!!!

I attempted to get a simple large coffee this morning (Sun 5-15-22) I'm not sure what happened with the lady who ordered Infront of me at the drive thru, but her and the female working the window got into a huge screaming match! The customer ended up driving away without her order, I move up to the window and get my simple coffee and the female was engaged in a frenzied explanation of what just happened to the Manager lady about the customer Infront of me...The two were so distracted by the incident that they forgot about window customers so I had to speak up about my coffee order and the female was so fired up she didn't bother to zero out the order for the vehicle that drove away and she quoted me there Orders' "total"... I'm like "$10 bucks for a coffee"?! neither the window chick or the manager took control of the situation. I'm just sitting in my car watching this all go down! This place is out of control! It was busy and the manager on duty clearly did not take control of the situation. Staff need to stop provoking Drive thru Customers! Training does not Exist anymore, and all employees are to blame! Stop acting hostile when you know ur at work to serve paying customers, I witnessed a very trashy drive thru cashier acting like she needs to find a easier job. She absolutely made this trip to DD a total waste of time, I drove away without my coffee . ? I will not be back ! I don't usually drink DD anyway. It was a fluke to try Coffee here, so I certainly will never come here again.

The early morning staff has wonderful customer service skills! They are friendly and greet you in the drive through and make you feel special, not just another car to hurry through.
They have all the different types of donuts you could expect. Their coffee is quite popular. There are often long lines in their drive-thru especially Saturday mornings and early weekday mornings.
all of the employees were very nice and i enjoyed my experience. a little sad they accidentally gave me bacon instead of sausage as requested but it’s okay bacon was still good :)
