I just got this and like nothing in them no ice cream this is a rip offAll your responses seem the same no matter what the issue is so that tells me I don’t care

Pretty disappointed. Got part of our order right away, the chocolate dipped cone no one wanted to make, 5 minutes later, blizzards melted. I was in handed a partial dipped cone, mostly just ice cream. When asked if I would like a new one made and I said yes... it took another 2 minutes and it was handed to me dripping of chocolate and ice cream and a handful of napkins.2 staff members were on the phone and talking to each other the one gentleman at the drive-through window duck down beneath the window to do something. One of them was running around trying to Complete orders and one was sitting on the counter drinking her own Treat. Apparently they needed some adult supervision or a manager who actually cared.
I asked for Oreo dirt pie blizzard and they gave me a Oreo blizzard I asked them to fix it and they gave me the same thing and my girlfriends peanut butter shake barley tastes like peanut butter. Don’t go here it’s a waste of money and time
We placed our order online through Door Dash for pick up. We only ordered four items, and were told it would be 30 minutes. I arrived at this location about 40 min later. Our order was not ready, I had to wait for everything to be made. Upon getting home to eat, we discovered our order was wrong. My sandwich had nothing right, her sandwich was partially right, and my blizzard was missing items.We called the store...When asked about ordering ahead and having to wait for it to be made, we were told they never make anything ahead. It's understandable to not pre-make frozen items like the blizzards, but the sandwiches...?We were also old we could be refunded for the extras on the sandwiches only, and that we had to come in person to get a refund. We explained it's too hot to be riding a bike back to the store for a refund. We paid online with a card they can just pull up the order and credit it back, but they refused. We were both seriously disappointed with our experience at this location.The person who answered the phone did not seem to care that we were unhappy paying for things we did not get, or that we were not going to be coming back in person today for our refund. She didn't even bother to ask questions about our order to see what happened or to help us. She was no help. Will be going to check through Door dash for a refund, and definitely NOT ordering from this Dairy Queen again. Stay away, drive a little farther to somewhere they actually cares like Jim's Burger Haven across the street, or Burger King, or Taco Bell.
Dairy queen has quality food. Of course ice cream is always the best. The lunch combos are good, they come with an ice cream sundae adde. Plus the lunch combos are surprisingly inexpensive.
The blizzard we got was okay. I didn't feel confident tilting it upside down.. that was the only bad thing.. service was good.
Worst service EVER!!! I waited in drive thru to order for 15 minutes and NOT ONE PERSON acknowledged me! I kept saying hello into the speaker numerous times before someone FINALLY answered. After ordering they STILL got it wrong! Called VM FULL!! Go figure
This location has horrible customer service, I placed a custom cake order and over phone I was promised something and when I picked up it was nothing that was described to me over the phone. It had no theme picture printed nothing just the writing. It's custom cake because we are paying for custom. We could of picked up a plane ice cream cake from any other store. Person at register was rude and had no manners in dealing with this issue. I will never be back.
The employees were arguing very loudly, very cringy experience. I ordered for myself food ate my food it then had a second order for my friends and I overheard them say that guy ordered again! It was a bigger white lady at the drive through window I believe was the manager and a young Latino girl that was cursing at each other & customers clearly hear and a blond girl and another younger male there. They ignored me so I couldn’t get my blizzard so I left. Very ungrateful staff.
The drive-thru was so so slow that by the time we got our ice cream it was melted. Terrible customer service. They also didn't have any change so they got a little extra
